They put me on the phone with Dillon and got my Bronco in for repairs within a couple weeks. Dillon relentlessly advocated for us with USAA. They are friendly, professional, meticulous, and knowledgeable. My Bronco was repaired in a little over a week and she looks FLAWLESS. Finally, while I was there for the repair, I asked if they did the kind of work required to reconnect part of a body panel. They do, and it was repaired by the end of that visit. Plus!!! They did not charge me for that extra repair even though I said that surely I owed them something for the extra work!!! My old car repair people retired, and I was looking for a new home. The fact that they charge a $15 shop fee on a service they already offer, plus a 3% convenience fee for using a debit card, is beyond ridiculous. It would have been nice to know these fees were going to be charged up front, before making the appointment. An extra, unexpected $30.00 charge on top of the quoted price, is just insane.
