I've been coming to Dr. Delfo for many years. Initially it was primarily to relieve pain from my back and neck. I needed some sessions to get back into shape. One major problem I had was due to one fact that one leg was slightly shorter than the other since I was very young, and as a result, unconsciously, I started altering my walk and the spine also got out of shape. Because of my many years walking like this, my back started hurting and it also affected my neck. Dr. Delfo was very patient with me, and over the years, I have started to feel much better. Cracking on my back, neck, wrists, legs - and it really gives me a very nice feeling. Now, I am primarily in 'maintenance' mode, going periodically - whether it's once a month or every 2 weeks, depending on what I've been doing and the strain it's putting on my neck and back. Hans Delflo is a great chiropractor. I really enjoy the fact the that I don't have to roll around on the table in awkward positions with one leg in the air to be adjusted. He has a "magic" table that has collapsing sections that allow him to manipulate your spine laying face down. I go see him on a regular basis and I always feel better when I leave. I always feel better after I visit Dr. Delfo. My hips were really bothering me, and we had a trip to Disneyland planned. I was dreading walking around the park all day, but I saw Dr. Delfo for a couple adjustments the week before our trip, and I was able to enjoy the whole day at the park. I happened upon this chiropractor's office yesterday after making a few calls to Yelp listings--none of which were available. Great facility, with (probably) anything one would ever need, treatment-wise, from a chiropractor's office. Calm atmosphere, clean, professional and they took me in as a walk-in (Bonus Points!) The doctor was cordial, knowledgeable, and professional. No sooner did I tell him why I was there, and my recent unbelievable recent history, then he knew exactly what was going on with me, and treated me accordingly. The relief was immediate and considerable. The doctor called me directly the next day to see how I was holding up and suggested that, if I felt I needed another treatment, when I woke up the next day to come on in for more therapy. This is no ordinary chiropractor, and I've been to many. I went to my previous chiropractor's office (5 chiropractors in all and all adjusted me) for 13 sessions knowing from day one they were not going to be able to help me at all. Those adjustments were about 3 minutes long and probably what they deemed their time was worth from the amount they would receive from my insurance company. I never felt better after a visit and the last time I went I was adjusted the wrong way and I felt immediate pain that lasted for about one week and I had difficulty breathing. That's when I found Dr. Delfo. This doctor knew from day one how little money he would be getting per adjustment and that didn't phase him one bit. I don't care whether it's a 3 minute adjustment or a 20 minute treatment I just want to feel better when I leave. I cannot remember a time when I ever felt this good after an adjustment - EVER. I've only gone to him twice but I knew after the first visit I would never go to anyone else again. He is more like a magician than a chiropractor; you point to the area where there is pain and he knows exactly where it is, what it is, and he eliminates it within a minute. Covid lock-down has been stressful for many of us. Feeling the tension in my body, I went to Hans last Thursday. It was like going home to visit a friend that makes you feel much better after the visit. The tension in my body is practically gone. I sleep much better now. Life changing care!!! I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Delfo! I arrived in horrible debilitating pain that I had suffered with for 4 months. I had given up on finding relief but my friend recommended Dr. Delfo so I decided to make an appointment. He was very warm and friendly which is important to me.
