Won't put you on a bunch of machines and then come in for just a few minutes. He actually spends time working with you and you'll notice tension you didn't know you had. Sadie Sanders, you are my dream come true! Wait a minute people dont get it twisted yes she is cute but I like me a MAN. I am going on my 3rd visit with Dr. Sanders & she is amazing. About 7 years ago I was told I have Carpet Tunnel & Tendonitis, Dr. Sanders told me that its neither one but TOS. First day she evaluated me, worked on my problem areas, adjusted me, & gave me an exercise to do at home. Second visit she worked on my problem area evaluated me & gave me a new exercise. I havent been able to go a day with out pain since I was first miss diagnosed, now thanks to Dr. Sanders I can go up to 2 days without pain. To most of you, you think what only 2 days, to me its a sign that whatever she is doing & teaching me is working. After 2 days in bed with a ridiculous headache due to my neck going out I called Dr. Grosman's this office and practically begged when asking if they could possibly fit in a new patient today. NO PROBLEM!! Went in, did the paperwork (quick and easy) and saw the doctor. Gave him my background and he went to work. Walked out in an hour feeling better than I have in months. I have long term neck and back problems and I swear by chiropractors but I'm always scared to go to a new one because a bad chiro can REALLY hurt you. I will be back (already set another appointment) and I can't recommend this guy enough. With 40+ years of experience going to a chiropractor it's easy to know from one appointment whether you found a winner. I did. Highly recommend him. Also the office is easy to get to, has parking (they validate), the girls in the office were exceptionally friendly and professional and the cost was reasonable. After I moved to Woodland Hills about 10 years ago, I needed to find a good local chiropractor who also provided massage therapy. At the time, the "Yellow Pages" was the best way to find a chiropractor, that I knew of anyway. For some unknown random reason, I settled upon Grosman Chiropractic, probably because the office was close to where I live. Little did I know that I would continue visiting off and on for 10 years and I'm still going. I have no reason to go anywhere else. I'm kind of a "tough nut to crack" and even the biggest and strongest chiropractors have had a tough time with me. Dr. Grosman rose to the challenge. He is always patient and thorough, spending as much time as necessary to adjust me and discuss and consult with me on various physical, health and even dietary issues. His knowledge of chiropractic is quite broad and he also knows quite a lot about sports therapies, nutrition and environmentally sustainable foods. Esmerelda can always be relied upon to give a relaxing and invigorating massage, working deeply and tirelessly on my stress points and sore muscles until I am so comfortable I don't want to get up to leave after the massage is finished. I have been going to Dr. Grosman for over a year right now. I discovered it by accident while surfing the web, but I don't think I would ever leave. I go once every 10 or so days and get a one hour massage and adjustment. My masseuses are Esmerelda and Lanita and they are both tiny gals that can work out even the toughest knots. Nora is the gal at the front desk and she always makes me feel welcome. You wouldn't think a place this nice and friendly could exist as an oasis in a non-descript building right next to Taft High School, but it does. "The Best of the Best" I found Dr. Grosman on Yelp. His reviews were stellar and I decided to use his services. I must add that I have not used a Chiropractor in many years. I want to say I walked in but it was more of a shuffle from my lower back pain and neck pain. Dr. Grossman was extremely gentle and reassuring from the very beginning of my treatment. As it progressed he manipulated my back and neck. When the treatment was complete and I was leaving I was not sure how this worked. I was almost more tender than I started. After a several hours I went to sleep and by the time I awakened I felt an enormous change . I was still sore and stiff, but within a few minutes of walking around and loosening up I felt and still feel incredible. I have committed to several more treatments and look forward to a long relationship with the more than talented Doctor. I have three ruptured disks. I used to have to see Dr. Grosman weekly. One day he said, "Are you tired of seeing me yet? Would you like to stop?" I of course answered "yes". Dr. Grosman shared two exercises with me which stabilized my back after a couple weeks. I've only had to return on the rare occasions I've failed to do my exercises. When I have gone back, I almost always feel better by the time I leave. He's not a quack like many chiropractors tend to be. I wanted to write this review, just to reinforce all the good things already been said about this place. It was very important for me to find a new chiropractor that I would be happy with. And since I have only had ONE great Chiro when I lived in NorCal, I was really worried how quickly I'd find one here. Again, I relied on the reviews already posted, I checked out their website and liked what I saw. I called them to see if they accepted my insurance and amazingly they did. This was a very pleasant surprise. Though their prices even without insurance are very reasonable and even comparable to what I was used to in NorCal. The office is nice and calming. All the people that work there that I have encountered are very nice and sincere. Dr. Grosman is great. I felt comfortable with him right away. Turns out his style of adjustments were very similar to what I was used to in NorCal which was just a HUGE plus for me. I would recommend him to anyone...and hopefully in the future I will try their massage services and maybe even try out their yoga/pilates class they have. read more

I started going to Dr. Grosman almost 10 years ago when he was in Woodland Hills. I really got a lot out of the holistic approach he took to well-being. Dr. Grosman never made me feel rushed or like just another patient, and I always felt so much better after treatment, both physically and mentally. I also learned a lot about how to better prevent injury, and be healthier in general, (I run mountain trails 3-4 times/week and rattle my bones mountain biking).
