When original receipt with the $35 dollar charge was sent them, they sent back a receipt allegedly rung up at the same time and date as the one we supplied with the $20 charge and refund. How could you have done a refund at the same time and date and the original receipt?! Offering $20 for ruining a jacket with the excuse that they are not responsible for damages is insulting and ridiculous! Then who is responsible??? A screen-printing business we consulted to repair the jacket stated that Sheldon should have never tried to dry clean as the chemicals they use are damaging to the printing.

Stopped in and dropped off 3 pairs of chinos and 2 sweaters on Monday and had them back by Wednesday. I asked for no crease on the pants, and the person behind the counter made sure she checked them before handing them back to me. I also like that I got a text message mid-day on Wednesday reminding me that my items would be ready for pick up, although I would have liked to have had the price included in the text message.
