We contacted Hansen Pools about doing re-doing our pool, and I was told their Project Manager needed to go out of town and would not be available to come by for about 10 days. No problem at all we were excited to support a local Corona business. Project Manager then came out, reviewed our property and just never got back to us at all. It's now been 19 days with no estimate or communication since the visit. Unfortunately if we are going to struggle with communication at this step on what we viewed as a major project then we'll have to pass. What a bummer, and waste of our time. When I received their initial plans I seriously had to ask all of them if they sent me the wrong plans. They didn't listen to a thing I said and sent me their vision which was nothing close to ours. He responded fairly quickly until he came by to check out my backyard and was told to get an estimate within a couple days.
