I was contacted a short time later that someone would be out between noon and 4. Relieved, I got back to work. It was close to 3 when the nice young man arrived. I let him in and ge went right to work. Less than 30 minutes later, he'd cleaned out and tightened everything that caused the issue. The cost was $120. I looked up MN laws regarding non-cancelable/non-returnable and they breached the contract when they did not deliver on Saturday as specified in the text message and I stated that I wanted a full refund. I was immediately reimbursed and I am so glad I don't have to drag this out in small claims court. The payment is still pending though! Why have product listed on your website if it's out of stock? Why did I have to wait over a month to get a working microwave? Do you realize that I have 12 grandchildren who rely on a microwave for heating up food and that I have been forced to cook simple meals for them on the stove while Rheumatoid arthritis several times a day just to meet their needs? Paul from Norblom assessed the situation and came up with a more cost affordable and easier to maintain solution for us to close up the broken pipe in the hard to reach location and run new pipe (up to code) to the side of the house. During his inspection he also found an issue with our dryer vent not being properly hooked up which is not something we would have noticed on our own. He was right on time in his time window, was very friendly, took the time to explain things to me, and most importantly was in and out in a few hours.
