I'm hard of hearing and took my hearing aids out prior to my visit. In doing so I talk louder but NEVER EVER disrespectful!!!! to be told I was disrespectful AFTER being sat in the chair was beyond unprofessional,,!! I was raised to be polite and respectful!!!! I was also told that being understanding and respectful works both way. I really like my Dentist, he is very gentle and professional. My review was toward the lady at the desk NOT my dentist!!!! I'm a senior of 80. Dr. Ledger is great, kind and professional but it might be good if he gave the patient the benefit of the doubt. That's Christian!! More do when a 83 year old man is hard of hearing .

When calling the office on 25 Jul 2024, during business hours, M-Thursday 8-4, select #4 for veterans, the attached file is the result. For transparency, I spoke with Alex who is the Veteran Coordinator for Ledger Dentistry. I discussed the message with her. Alex informed me that she stands by the message, the office manager is the voice on the message and the dentist agrees with the message. I shared that calling the advocate is not appropriate instruction. I provided the correct action. I stated that I found the message unprofessional and 'barrish". I believe I may have stated it was aggressive, as well. Alex told me she was offended, i was committing slander and my records would be returned to the VA. I asked to speak to the dentist, I was advised, "he doesn't have time". I drove to the office to request an appointment with the dentist, the receptionist who was very pleasant took a message and assured me the dentist would get it. Receptionist was very kind, polite, and helpful. Please note, until this incident, I have had to no complaint. At About 1630 the dentist called me on speaker phone. I was advised by Ledger that : we (veteran) are not special people (never said or assumed we were) He is doing us (veterans) a favor I (veteran) am needy He is not of this world ...not sure what this means? He stands by the recorded message During the entire time, he is chuckling and a young female (identified by Ledger, as Alex) is heard laughing in the background. found this experience to be humiliating and aggressive. The behavior and tone set by Ledger leaves me no further recourse than to consider this a hostile environment for veterans. I did not defend this nation for 23 years to be subjected to disdain by the very people who enjoy the freedoms we (veterans) provide. I have tried to keep this as brief as possible, as I know your time is valuable. -concerned, nasty and irate veteran disclosure: video of fully recording available at https://nextdoor.com/p/xR9t7Cfpgtzc?utm_source=share&extras=MTA3NjcxNDM%3D&utm_campaign=1722082897018

Shady business practices do not do a deep cleaning with them I say again do not do a deep cleaning…read morewith them. they will charge your insurance outrageous amounts and expect you to pay the difference they charged 812 dollars for a cleaning I paid both co pays and when they couldn't collect from Fl blue because they could see through their lies they started threatening to come after me for it. They did exactly what I was afraid of them doing. Do not recommend unless you want to be charged more than what you bargained for. 812 dollars for a cleaning is outrageous. They should be forced to tell you how much they are going to come after you for when they fail to scam your insurance.

Nice sized waiting room that's clean and comfortable facing the front office staff! It even is kid friendly with a little kid's area that had a kiddie sized table with several little chairs that looked like teeth! The staff is exceptionally patient oriented and very knowledgeable about procedures and co payments. Exam rooms are decent sized and equipment looks up to date and well maintained. The Dentist had a great bedside manner and explained everything that was wrong with my molar - why I was in pain and that before it was extracted I had to be placed on antibiotics because I still had a residual infection and once that was cleared I would be referred to a oral surgeon. I was very pleased with this experience and will use this practice as my Dentist from now on. A much better experience than my last dentist!

I had a partial plate made less than a year ago, and recently I dropped it and it would not fit properly. Dr. Lee was always pushing for me to get the bridge (10,000.00), and when I explained what happened she said they would have to take impressions, and send it to the lab, or they would have to make a new one. She then also encouraged me to get the bridge. All in all they wanted 1,300 just to possibly fix the plate I already paid thousand for. I checked out another dentist, and low and behold for 58.00 they adjusted my plate and it fits better then when I originally got it. So buyer beware. The stafff did a great job cleaning my teeth, but Dr. Lee is just in it for your money! Also they will try and sell you sonic toothbrushes, water pics, and treatments every time you go in. Even after you tell them you bought the sonic toothbrush, and water pic they will still tell you to buy one.

He did not tell us anything else, so we assumed all was fine and even when the braces were removed, they took a panoramic of the teeth and he stated she only had a few small cavities, which was a complete lie! Funny how there's no apology for the lack of sympathy or care from you male office person or the owner. Very sad. My 16 year old daughter recently had her braces removed after 24 months and we have been to two other dentists for help due to her having cavities in every single tooth now, but the first dentist gave me a treatment plan for $25,000!! The second opinion pediatric dentist we drove an hour to said it would cost around $12,000. Then they told me they were booked out until May 2026! It was a huge shell shock and very stressful to find all of this out. I explained the situation to this dentist office and they are in network with my insurance. The lady I spoke to the first phone call was very nice and sympathetic. She made the appointment and I completed the online forms. I called back the next day 10/28/25 and a young man answered the phone. I wanted to make sure they received my online paperwork and then asked where I can send the current X-rays to for her appointment. Mind you, the two prior dentists already both did x-rays when it should have been done once. The man told me they do not take x-rays from other places and they would be doing their own. I explained to him that I didn't want to do that because then I'd have to pay out of pocket for them which was ridiculous and I'm a single mother on one income as it is. He did not care or show any type of care about it. He responded and said well then you would just have to pay out of pocket for them. I cancelled the appointment because I've never heard of any other dentistry who does this to people. The x-rays are legit and clear to read. This is horrible to do to people!! Huge red flag. That is not how you treat patients. Thankfully I found another place who even said how horrible that is to refuse x-rays that are good for 6 months. I'm not rich or made of money, but obviously this place is only concerned about the money first sadly. Do better!! No one should be forced to have to pay for x-rays out of pocket when they already paid for them through insurance. With everything so expensive currently, that's just horrible to do to people, especially a single mom on a single income.
