Having this delicious cookie bakery next to my favorite cafe (Pistachio's) is really dangerous for me. With the physical location, they have more freedom to offer a wider menu. In addition to the cookies, they have crookies (cookie croissants), savory baked goods, and other tempting things. I tried their pistachio crookie and it is genuinely one of the best and most indulgent sweets I have ever had. I'm still thinking about it weeks later. There's also a good amount of seating, so I'll definitely stay awhile to journal and have another treat. I did have a chance to meet the owner, and he and his employee were thorough and kind. Wow, I just had a bite of each and....daaaang, they were so so soooo good! So satisfying, so decadent, so next level deliciousness! ... perhaps a little sweet, but not overly so... thoroughly enjoyed just the taste of each. A couple of days later when we finally got to try their chocolate ganache tarts... wow... again! So obviously freshly baked, such wonderful density, flavor, and bite... with a butter cookie textured shell..... absolute heaven, and so difficult to just limit oneself to just one bite, but I managed. The fruit pastries right at the start of the line instantly caught my eye, and they tasted even better than they looked. I've tried similar pastries at other bakeries, but these were by far the best in both flavor and quality. The fruit tasted fresh, the textures were just right, and nothing felt overly sweet or heavy. I attached a photo of the fruit pastries I chose because they were simply too aesthetically pleasing not to share. Chocolate Chip - 5/5 - it was nice and soft and had good chew texture and was loaded with chocolate chips! I really enjoyed this one Fruity Pebbles - 3/5 - so this was a good tasting cookie as for the texture I thought the fruity pebbles would be a little softer and chewier. Every bite you would get good flavor of fruity pebbles and the sweetness of the cookie. I just wasn't too fond of have two different textures from the crunch of the fruit pebbles and the softness of the cookie. Bonus- I got to try my coworkers Taro Coconut 5/5 probably the best flavored one I had out of the 3. The taro and coconut had a very very soft and chewy texture and the coconut was not too over bearing. The flavors and sweetness worked well together. I will definitely be trying more cookies from this place. I also got to speak to the mastermind behind the cookie formulas and she was very helpful and happy to answer any questions I had.

I enjoyed the canele and it had a very nice crust but the center wasn't as custardy as some I've had but regardless I enjoyed it and I also rarely see caneles so it was a nice treat. The choux were the winners for me though, filled with various creams (I got mango, pandan, and pistachio). I really liked the choux pastry and found it light and crisp. The filling was also perfect, light, held its texture and didn't spill out as I was eating it, and perfect level of sweetness for me. I also enjoyed flavor of the cupcakes but I did think they were slightly dense. Overall, this was such a great find and glad we stopped by.
