I really wanted to like this business. I was hoping the they could be my go to permanent tax place but I couldn't move forward with them. I needed to find someone fast as my tax guy of many years office burnt down. So I found Happi and they did 1099s for 2 of my businesses. I called Tiffany to do my taxes on Wednesday and the deadline was on Monday. I text her on Monday and asked her how much taxes were coming along, she had said she never got my email and she meant to call me but got busy and forgot. I checked my email it was sent to her and I'm so glad that I called or I would've missed the tax deadline. She did my taxes on Monday and I asked for a copy of my taxes every day for a week where she totally ignored me, Then cleaned her email must've went to spam, which it did not. I reached out to Tiffany multiple times via text, e-mail as well as a message through YELP. It was then that she finally responded with a price for her fee. I AGAIN messaged her asking if she received my previous request and if she offered evening or we can appointments....crickets! This was 3 days ago! I don't normally do this, but this is a blatant disregard and unprofessional manner in which Tiffany handled herself and my request for tax services. Completely immature and unprofessional. I told Tiffany I had just got out of the hospital with my son and he's been ill for 9 months so I'm just trying to catch up on things. Literally asked her about filing multiple years and called her. She said they were closed but she had the phone sent to her car. She started speaking on earned income credit which i was already familiar with and I explained that to her. She said i had an attitude and wouldn't be able to help me. All I did was ask questions and explain I was only asking about an incorrect filing for my son's taxes. Her response was inconsiderate and silly. I wouldn't recommend her business if it was the last tax company on earth. Thank god I had another company I contacted who was understanding and helpful! read more
