We have been waiting 4 years to get this case resolved it is ridiculous. We were going to put in a request to remove the current executer of the case 6 months ago I was promised that it would only be 9 more months max everything was almost finished we are 6 months into that 9 months and no final date is scheduled on the calendar. I send emails and call I don't receive answers. There are about 20 people waiting some have died during this ridiculous period of time. Okay 5 years now on an estate under $100K. The nice thing to say is "lacking in communication" but that is too nice. The communication from this firm is non-existent. Over 5 years and never-ever received any accountability of funds!! Stay clear of this place, it's not worth the stress. read more

Price Law Firm. Where do I begin. RUN don't walk. What a nightmare. In the first call with Sam he lets you know how good he is. Then the nightmare begins. Supposedly the court lost paperwork. Then they said they filed the paperwork to payout on the estate just to find out 3 months later it was never filed. SMH. Then six months later, I have to keep calling and emailing them to get the paperwork so I can write the checks to pay the heirs of the estate. This is after Price Law Firm had already been paid their money, and the creditors of the estate had been paid. After everyone was paid, it took five months emailing and phone calls to get them to submit the paperwork to close the estate and cancel the bond company. So 2 1/2 years later, because State is finally closed. Sam told me the delay was because of Covid. I said to him I can understand the courts being slow, but not sure firms lack of communication and response. I would highly recommend you find another firm to do your estate . The funny thing is Sam openly admitted to me on the phone. He had done it with other clients. read more

Things have gotten even worse...I have now been in this process for over 7 months and have had only minimal communication from Sam and his team. I've had to follow up repeatedly to get an answer to emails (no answer for 3 weeks straight) and I found out that the probate referee signed the inventory and appraisal docs in January and they only just sent them to me in April and seems like they haven't even filed them with the court yet. I'm so disappointed. It seems like others have positive experiences working with him so am just really bummed it turned out like this for me and my case. I will be changing lawyers and cannot in any way recommend Sam Price or his firm. If you can take your services elsewhere if you want a well done and efficient probate process. read more

I received a call back quickly and everything thing was explained to me in terms I could easily understand as we put together my estate plan will and trust. My documents were completed quickly and accurately even during the COVID19 lockdown. I even had a change almost immediately due to a death in the family and it was handled. Only suggestion I would make is if the opposing counsel seems to be coming up with delay after delay to take further action a bit sooner to save time. Mr. Price helped me with one of my retail store lease contracts. My situation was the ownership of the lease had changed hands, and the new landlord asked for more money of the back rents, when the previous owner agreed on a lower rents due to dismal economic condition at the time. Other lawyers advised me to file bankruptcy. I called Mr. Price for help and he quickly contacted the new landlord and dealt with him right away.
