I had Gel manicure with Lee, he did a great job, very pleasant and even put on YouTube on tv with my favorite Christian music. They try to change to different types of music for different tastes. Very friendly people. But the work on my nails is comical. I paid $45 for a gel fill that turned out so bad I have to post photos to prove. I will not be back but thank you for the kind service. What I asked for is nothing like what I got. The polish was laid too thick and the glitter/butterfly work was so terrible. Have to find another shop to fix it today. read more

Do not ask for pointed acrylics. Lee filed my nail down until it was raw and painful to the touch, gave me all different length nails, asked me for a Pinterest picture but didn't match my nails to the picture (tried to make an excuse but somehow was able to get them closer to the picture after I asked two more times to file them), gave me a dent in one nail and had to file it down until it doesn't look clean anymore... then got mad at me for seeing that he wasn't being patient with me + for being frustrated that he kept hurting me. Basically had me walk out with unfinished nails because he didn't have the patience anymore and accused me of being someone that can't be pleased... also accused me of trying to get a free service. Will not come back. I make handmade jewelry, and now my left thumb is so raw is hurts to touch it.... really didn't deserve such poor service. I came in smiling and laughing and left with hurting/unfinished nails. I had to go home and file them before finishing my day. read more

We walked in and it was empty except for a male and female employees. They were friendly and sat us for 2 pedicures. The woman started one of us. The man apparently did not do nails but never explained that. The pedicure was sad. No massage. Never offered any extras. The decor was from 1982 as was the music and the pedicure chairs. Although they are nice that doesn't negate the fact that the service is terrible. Paying $75 for a manicure that was half assed and a pedicure that was decent is unacceptable. My nails aren't even fully painted, they were barely filed, he didn't clean underneath my nails. Overall the energy of the nail salon gives LAZY. My old nail lady changed her hours and basically she's only available the days and times I'm not :-(, so I've been searching for a good nail lady to do a simple gel manicure. Seems simple right ? Trust me for some reason it's not . I needed to take my phone to the Apple store and it wasn't going to be ready for an hour . I badly needed my nails done . Happiness nail salon is right next to the mall so I said ok I'll go there. I mean my nails will either come out looking amazing or just ok , either way my nails needed to be done and since my time was limited this was my only option . I'm so glad I went !!!!! When I walked in they were very welcoming and helpful , let me know how long I will be waiting and asked if I needed anything . Lisa did my nails , and she did them exactly how I wanted them done . I asked for a simple gel mani , simple and easy . I say this because you would be surprised how many people messed up my gel manicure . I asked her to not make the gel look thick and clumpy I hate when they come out that way . No cuts no rough hands . I noticed her nails were polished very neatly , I asked did she do her own nails she said yes , that's when I knew I made the right decision . They were sweet people but the salon was extremely outdated- the decor was so old and they had very old pedicure chairs. The books that were handed to us to select colors from had minimal choices and were very outdated. My friend and I came in and the salon was empty. There were 2 employees there. They seated us together and started our water but I had to wait until my friend's pedicure was completely finished before mine was started. The second employee sat in a pedicure chair on his phone and the other employee did both of our pedicures. No foot or leg massage, no lotion, and just in general not a good pedicure. 3 days later, several nails are chipping and just look terrible. Would definitely not recommend! read more

Stopped by this nail salon leaving the mall today and got a full set and a pedicure. Little did I know I was walking into such a positive and friendly space. (Now I understand why its called happiness nails!) First time I recieved a pedicure that included a hot stone oil massage and it was amazing!!!! Lee was my nail technician and he did such a great job! But it was more than just the nails, he really took time to connect with me and chat, and it was really nice. Very beautiful soul! The lady who did my pedicure was very sweet too. I would reccomend this place to anyone not only for the quality of the work but the quality of the personable service too. read more

I went in recently to have my pedicure done, I asked for my nails to be cut shorter, and filed especially for the price of $42.00 and to top it off the callus wasn't done correctly. Overall I'm dissatisfied and will not return again. It was my first and last time going here. My nails are long and not filed which you can feel, also still have callus that wasn't removed. Unfortunately, visiting this place caused me lots of pain & suffering! I ended up with an ingrown toe tail on my left foot which left me walking with a limp, & uncomfortable for months! Staff is nice, however quality is terrible. I got a full set in which a couple nails were not evenly filed. Sides were tacky looking and the white French tip was only achieved by using the light white color acrylic and white gel polish on top. Never was there any color added to the base making the subtle pink look. Nails are now less then a week and lifting at 4 days. If I look under the acrylic tip there is separation from my natural nail and tip. On top of that cuticles we're never cleaned or cut for a fresh nail lay. I am very disappointed and Now I know why no one was In there. Find another place not Legends either. read more

I will never return to this nail salon again , it was my first time and boy do I regret it. I asked for long white glitter nails, and got short miss shaped nails that are thick and ugly. I also did a pedi and it was also terrible, I kept telling the women doing my nails to please cut my toe nails since they were pretty long , she did finally cut my big toe nails after me asking repeatedly but left the rest of my small toes long !!! . The people working here do not know how to do nails. When they were done I paid immediately and rushed out since I was upset on the outcome of my nails. I was charged $100 dollars , so I handed him a 100dollar bill and left. As I got into my car the nail guy chased me down and demanded I come back in because he thought my 100bill was fake! I asked him why he thought my bill was fake , he had no answer . So I reached in my purse and handed him another 100 dollar bill and he said that one was fine because it was new and blue. At this point I was extremely annoyed and asked for the other bill back , I checked it myself and you can clearly see the face in the light along with the bar code. This is how I walked out just minutes after getting them done !! I wish I had better lighting to show the horrible nail job.. Came here as a last minute decision...... the gentleman who helped me didn't even clean up my cuticles on my hands and the lady who did my toes didn't even clean up my cuticles on my toes!!!! my nails are skinny on some and fat on others, some square and others not... unfortunately I'll have to go home and fix them, which for one I was hoping I wouldn't have too. I was in the area doing some shopping and wanted to get my nails done. I have a favorite place near my home but this was a spur of the moment thing. I noticed the sign and I also noticed that they didn't seem overly busy. I found a parking spot that was close and decided to give them a try. I figured what did I have to lose. Taped to the door was a sign saying 5 dollars off a mani and pedi. I decided to get that. I had to wait on one person and was quickly shown a spa chair. The chair was amazing. It hit all the tight spots in my neck and relaxed me enough I didn't even read my book. I was in and out in an hour. That was impressive to me. I love the gel nails I have on my fingers and toes. It was right at 50 dollars for my fingers and toes. I'm happy and I did an upgrade on the pedicure. I like the extras they do. read more
