When i got there, i asked for a callus removal and ingrowns. We also agreed on putting acrylic on my big toe. I was in a lot of pain leaving but i was in a rush and didn't feel it, the next morning my toe is in agonizing pain and i check to see that the nail is already half way off, and a chunk of acrylic was stabbing into the open wound the lady had made. My feet feel horrible, Look horrible, and i hate them. I will never come back here. I paid $62 for nothing, and now my left toe looks infected and has liquid constantly coming out. I did a walk in showed my inspiration photo and asked for gel x. Lady Kim says acrylic would be better for the design n tells me they don't have gold I said okay that's fine. She then goes n does all my nails pink French tip n says they don't have the other colors, she doesn't even do the swiggly lines on the right fingers nor give me flowers. It's looking nothing like I imagined it to I asked again they really don't have green she comes and pulls out the green n tries to shimmy it on the swigglys which isn't even showing much. If you would like a very overpriced, unsanitary and quick service, come here! I came to this location because my husband bought me a gift certificate. I wish I had taken a picture because hand written it said acrylic and gel top. $80. My husband tells her I get pedicures and acrylic and that's what was recommended to him, $80 (I get short acrylics). This is important to remember. 5:15pm I was seated to begin my full set, I requested a teal ombré full set. The nail tech mixed some powder to create a perfect color for my ombré, but we didn't use it because it appears the tech did not know how to do an ombre. I wish she had just told me. I could have picked a solid color or French tip. But she begins by trying the ombré with the 2 powders as I've had done at other salons. That's not working to her liking so she wipes it and does a full set of pink powder only. It's 6pm and the full set is almost complete I ask about the teal... she said she'll do it right now. Then she brings out a white glitter polish, (i don't mind, I wanted teal glitter and I'm curiously watching). She paints the tip of my nail and begins to sprinkle the powder with her fingers to try to replicate an ombre effect. This wasn't working either so she wipes it and tries using her finger. Hey, it works! But also, how unsanitary... I mention something to the effect of "well that works" and anxiously watch. 5:43 she puts the oil on my cuticles and tells me to go wash my hands. My manicure, full set is over... 30 minutes. I have NEVER had a full set completed in under 30 minutes. And I thought oil goes after the wash but ‍ remember I have a gift card. At this point I want to leave but I'm like no he got the pedicure too so I have to go through with it. My pedicure begins. 5:48pm She cuts my toenails too far and it HURT! I really wanted to leave but gift certificate... next, foot scrub now it's 6:00pm she's draining the water and she begins a base coat... that's quick, ok.. she's walking around looking for the color in polish, I wanted the same as my nails which was picked off a color ring..... she walks back after unsuccessfully finding a polish and brings the powder.... Now if you remember I had the best man made tool used for my ombre, so we're back with the best tool she could find, her finger.. again. Now if you didn't believe me about the finger tool for the ombré I did include a photo of my pedicure with the finger tool being used. 6:09pm Pedicure is over, some of my toes are uneven, my nails are uneven, some are oval some are almond. I ask how much and she asks how I'm going to pay? I said it depends how much. Guess how much she charged me? Please guess. $112 + $2 to use Apple Pay. EXCUSE ME. And remember this was all done in under an hour. So I got charged $114/ hour for something I went home to fix myself. I looked for the cameras everywhere, unfortunately I was not punk'd but if you want overpriced, rushed, unsanitary, nail service with techs that won't be honest and tell you they can't do a request, come here. Let me start by saying if you're someone who gets there nails done and filled faithfully and only perfection will do, then Natural Nails is the place for you! When you walk in, everyone is friendly. If they're busy, take a seat. It will be your turn before you know it. I also bring my sister in law. This place discriminates against the elderly. I took a client of mine, she is elderly. Wanted a mani pedi regular nail polish, not gel. When I got there, the lady at front said yes, and she will take her it's not busy she was available. Then, I looked at my client and said will not do regular polish for her only gel. I told her no, she wants regular polish. Per lady said she will mess it up and will have to fix it and she doesn't have time for that. I then answered, "Isn't that your job and there is no one else waiting. My client is on a budget and can't do gel and doesn't like gel it's too hard to take off. She said then will not do it for her only gel. I then told her when I walked in you said yes to regular polish and not gel why do you want to charge and elderly more money? I gave this salon so many chances. I went for a gel manicure 5 times because it's the closest to my house. Honestly just convenience. Their actual nail skills suck. All 5 times I asked for almond and they can't shape them. I always leave with squoval. I showed them a photo of what I wanted and they can't adjust it. They can't do designs either. I wanted red and white lines to be a candy cane and they couldn't do it. They tried and when done she exhaled and told me she was shaking nervous. A candy cane pattern? They file them so quick and cause so much damage to the natural nail. I don't even photograph them when they're done because all the imperfections. The first time I had them done was by Karen and she did a amazing job! I'm so rough with my hands and my nails stood the test! I know I should get a fill every two weeks but they last about a little over 3 without falling off. Then I went in to get them done but I knew I needed another set because I was too rough on them. Maybe its just me but the lady that has been doing my nails lately is super fucked up. she files my nails to the point it fucking burns. i went in a couple days ago to get a fullset with match gel for my toes so i asked if they had the exact same one (because they do but only for certain colors) so she says yes but she didnt . i also picked one of the display colors and the lady made it look like matte for both my hands and toes & she charged me more for the matte. I DIDN'T WANT MATTE! & they dont even look the same, my hands are way darker than my toes. If I could give this place a negative review I would! I had an absolutely horrible experience! My left side nails are longer than my right side. My left thumb she didn't file down correctly it has a sharp scratchy bump. My right ring finger has a dent on the side. It looks deformed. I asked for coffin nails and they look like old 90s square nails. I barely got them done two days ago and they're already coming off! She did a shitty job. & everytime I tried explaining it to her she didn't understand any English!
