I had been coming here for years and was generally happy until I was treated so badly it was unbelievable. My daughter made appts for us both to have fills and pedicures. I had her request a specific person for me. The owner Peter said ok & said the appts were made. We got pedicures, I did not get person I requested. My daughter was put with Vanna for her fills. But, Peter left me sitting there waiting for my fills. He said it was my "fault" (his exact word) because I requested a certain person. He said she was busy. I asked why she was busy with someone else when we made appts ahead of time? During the phone call he should have said she was unavailable - but he did not say that, so we were under the impression the appts were all set with the person requested. Peter said my daughter did not "speak good English" and that she wasn't clear when she made the appts (yes, that is just what he said to her!). Well, that can't be true since English is her only & primary language. She was offended that he would blame her. I asked for a discount for being left sitting there without my fills getting done. Peter was completely unwilling to extend any customer service courtesy. So, after 2.5 hrs I left without my nails done. I had to go to a different salon the next morning where they were able to match the polish on my toes. Sadly it is clear that Peter's only concern is money. I will never come here again - I did not deserve to be treated this way. Long time, loyal customers are not appreciated. It appears that because of the walk-in volume they get in that shopping center Peter is not concerned about regular customers. I used to speak highly of and recommend this place...but not anymore. I have had good and bad experiences here. The last 2 times were bad... they left a messy edge on my gel polish manicure. They send me out with polish stuck to the skin around my nails and the gel layers were too thick and "blobby" looking. A professional job should look neat and clean. They tried to blame in on my short nails...yes I have natural short nails and I want them painted - so what? They also are not good at designs. If you just want a basic mani-pedi, then it is fine. The wait will be REALLY long if you don't make an appointment, but my appointment is usually taken on time, albeit not without reminding them it's your turn. Just went in with my mother to get her nails done for Halloween and walked out knowing that she and I just had the worst service. (& I wasn't even a client.) I have never been to a place that has been so pushy on their own opinions. This manicurist would not take no for an answer and tried to find every way to make more money. For one example, my mother asked for a certain gel color and the manicurist decided differently and then argued that she would charge us an additional $16 for a color that was originally wanted. Earlier, we had pulled out the color set it right in front of her, told her that's what my mom wanted and she put the color back right before she started painting. They care about how your nails look, take their time, and have great customer service! came here once before for a pedicure and it wasn't a long wait to be seated, they took about an hour for my basic pedicure which is rare most places just rush through and it looked amazing wish i remembered the name of the lady. I came back a second time for a gel acrylic set and a pedicure. Again did not wait long and they took their time. They initially close at 7 but they owner and another lady i think was his wife stayed and did our nails with no rush at all till 9 o'clock. Yesterday was the second time I've gone to this salon. The first time I got a pedicure, the second time I decided to do a full set of acrylic nails. My first visit was pleasant. The employees were nice enough and I was seated right away as there was no wait. A male did my pedicure, which came out fine. Good experience and it was only $17. Yesterday I decided to get a full set on a whim while driving home from work. Once again I was seated quickly, there was no wait. My set was done in about 35 minutes. The woman who did my nails was nice and worked quickly. However after leaving and closer inspection, there are a few minor flaws, that while not a big deal are a little annoying. I have 2 nails with acrylic on the inside of my nail and the gel is way too thick on one of my thumbs. I asked for short, simple, and natural looking. I also asked for a more rounded edge than squared. Though I am mostly satisfied, because the nails weren't rounded more and the gel is too thick they don't look as natural as i had hoped. So I can't wait to go in for a fill to make some adjustments. The set with white tips and gel coat were $30. I'm not sure how much this would cost elsewhere, but I'm guessing it might be more, judging on how much the pedicure was compared to another salon I go to which charges $10 more. I gave 3 stars instead of 5 due to the decor and less luxurious feel of the place and the lack of detail to a few of my nails. Overall though I was happy and will return. read more

I have decided after a year of patronizing this nail salon I will no longer return. Honestly I would rather pay double the price to get a better job. I went in for a pedicure 2 weeks ago and the gal cut into my toe so bad I ended up with an infection. Did I learn my lesson? No! I went back again today and the same gal cut my foot again. As it is trickling blood all she did was put oil on it, no alcohol, none of the antibacterial stuff just oil. Also even though she put 3 coats of paint on my toes I can still see through the color. Peter did an acrylic full set today and i couldn't be any happier with my nails! This was my first time here so i was worried i wouldn't get what i wanted. I want an almond shape, short that looked thin and natural. That was exactly what i got. He was so meticulous about getting every little thing perfect for me :D Second review is for my pedicure. First of all sanitary standards are above my expectations. Another plus was i was able to get the same color on my toes in a non gel format to avoid the additional cost. (Instead of having to match a color.) And let me not forget to mention the amazing chairs they have for their pedicure station. I made an appointment and still had to wait almost 30 minutes because it was so busy. The person that did my nails was awful. I had to correct her and point out obvious things so many times. I came here because it was close to home, I usually only come for pedicures but decided to get a full set. I told him I wanted oval he gave me stiletto nails , but since I'm too shy I didn't say anything and the shape didn't bother me too much. I asked him for an accent nail and I told him I wanted to get it in the same color tone as my other nails, he proceeded to tell me no that why even get it if it's not going to stand out.
