I stated I wanted to keep my natural nail, however well filing my nail was cut down so then I asked just to cut all my nails off because at that point, I was already frustrated. End of story. I paid $100 for basically nothing. I will never come here again. I originally booked a gel x manicure and smoothie pedicure. I did upgrade to the milk and honey pedicure, which was $60 but I should not have paid $100 for basically something I could've done at home. I usually do my own nails or go to a salon and having an infant and has been easier going to a salon but again, I will never be coming back here, even if it's the last salon in the city. Send, they had the nerve to get upset when I said to cut my nails when they had messed up and already had me there for over three hours with an appointment. I am used to being in a salon no more than an hour and a half. I could understand if I was waiting three hours because they were completely booked but when I got there, it was only one lady in the chair, so there was no reason that I should have waited three hours. And by the time I stood up to leave after my pedicure was done. I was told that she could see me for my manicure. Yes, her art is good but service is unsatisfactory.

One service I got today was a #5 pedicure and as it got time for nail polish I asked for regular nail polish. The gentleman that was doing my pedicure got visible upset that I didn't want gel and informed me that there will be an additional charge since he took off the original gel nail polish I had on. The fact that he was visibly irritated because I wanted regular nail polish and then advised a $5 extra charge because I declined gel made the experience unpleasant. It's hard to find a decent nail place around here and I am not sure I will be returning after today's visit. So if anyone has another nail place to recommend, please let me know.

Every nail is a different length and majority of them are filed crooked. The man was rushed and he was obviously not feeling well because he was coughing and sniffing every couple minutes. First let me start off with it does not look pleasing at all but I was trying not to judge . It was one older lady in the shop available to be honest I don't even know amid anyone else works here anymore the reviews are so old but anyone I come in for a pedicure when I really should of walked out ( I'm not that bold) . She is nice gets the spa going ; usually the spa has like blue color ima assuming some disinfectant or something in it; hers is just water ; gets to doing my toes . Now let's talk about what that consist of. All she does is clip toe nails does not clean up cuticle area at all , calluses removal my main part( pretty much nonexistent. Throw some stuff on my feet and use an old metal pedi scrubber( the one that look like a grater) . Then a small massage with oil and that's it paints your toes and I was out. Not great ; this just let me know that we may not like to pay for the price of mani and pedi these days but it's not just that we are paying for service and I overlooked how good service is important . She didn't say a word the whole time and I think she just outdated on how nails have advance . I should have took a pic of the nail color option swatches . I do nails so I just was regretting every minute being inside the shop because I knew this was not a good look or feel. Also one nail she kept trying to file the top I had to tell her it hurts . You were still able to see her nail through the nail and the French tip was done wrong and the paint started chipping fast and as for my thumb on my nail has a hole and has been painful the last couple of days and on top of that my nails weren't cleaned right I was still able to take all the dirty off my nail like if it was not cleaned at all. I'm really disappointed especially leaving a $20 tip as we left.
