My nail tech Julie was so detailed and patient, making sure every shape and design was perfect. I asked for a soft pink floral design with polka dot French tips, and they completely exceeded my expectations. The shaping is flawless, the lines are crisp, and the little floral details are so delicate and beautiful. You give either a photo of what you want and its done to a T ! They always ask if you like their work and will fix it if you want to add or switcb colors, no problem. Theyre VERY fair with their prices. Don't listen to these other bad reviews, they are a small business so OF COURSE they do appointments only! You can't be mad or disrespect their business and policy. You try and do what they do and you'd come to see appointment only is the way to go when they take their time and make sure YOU are happy with whats on YOUR nails. If you are mad that you can't walk in then go to a nail shop-easy solution. Don't leave a review that they werent accomodating or rude when I've personally seen how crazy people get when they are told appointment based. read more

If I could give zero stars I would, I come in as a walk in to get a pedicure and it's 3:00 pm the place don't close until 5 and I asked if I could be seen the guy says umm it's a wait like 10 mins I said that's fine he's like we usually do appointments and I'm like ok that's fine if you can't he's like it's up to you with an attitude like you don't treat people this way so unprofessional and rude and he's talking crap with the lady who's getting her nails done it just wasn't a good experience at all so I left I'll take my money elsewhere it's Mother's Day tomorrow I just want to get pampered and not be treated like this, I absolutely don't recommend this service to anyone read more

If you are looking for a gel manicure place to attend you, this is not the place. When I started to come here they were great. It then became a priority for them to assist customers that only come for acrylic nails. I've had 3 incidents where I didn't like the service but decided to give them another try as we all have days where our performance isn't well. I asked for a gel manicure. *Incident 1: I set up my appointment and was told to arrive a certain time. When I arrived, the owner assisted me but looked a bit bothered. When I look at my messages later on, I see he sent me a message earlier saying they were going to close earlier. However, he was there sitting down and they had another customer (acrylic nails) being assisted. So it wasn't a truth they were closing earlier. They finished my nails before the acrylic nails customer. If they did not want to continue providing their services to me, I would have understood if they were direct via message. *Incident 2: I arrived a few minutes before my appointment and I'm told to wait as they are behind. While I am waiting, another customer shows up (acrylic nails) and they're given service first. They were given their time and when it was my turn...they rushed. I did not feel comfortable feeling rushed as I always gave them a tip and a respectful customer. They show more preference for acrylic services rather than gel manicures. My appointment and waiting time almost went for 2 hours! *Incident 3: The owner looked a bit bothered that he had to help with my nails or do my nails, so I began to request Julie. As her appointments fell behind, she would request for help. He looked bothered or just showing he didn't want to attend me. I never understood why I was getting this service. With other customers (acrylic nails) he was so positive, joyful and even offered them drinks. Heck! He even sparked conversations about their life, jobs, and politics! I don't need that but I don't need bad service when I'm not receiving free services but rather paying for them. All in all, if you need a gel manicure just know you will not have the same service as other customers with acrylic nails. You're not a priority. Reason why? Only they know. But save your money and find another business who will make you feel special. Thank you for your service these past few years! I wish you the best! read more
