I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent visit. While the design itself was very pretty, the application and overall experience were disappointing. Within two days, the nails began popping off and breaking. Eventually, they all came off and even caused damage to my natural nails. I don't normally get my nails done, but I had a special occasion to attend, and when the nails started falling off it was embarrassing and stressful. I also felt uncomfortable during my visit. When I was choosing my design, one of the assistants went over to a group of people and began talking and pointing. I have anxiety, and that situation made me extremely uncomfortable and led to a panic attack that I had to sit through during the appointment. I believe professionalism and discretion are very important in a setting like this. I truly expected better quality and a more respectful experience, especially given the time and care that seemed to be put into the design. I went to this nail salon for the first time as they somehow had good reviews on google. However, my service was terrible. I had a gel manicure and gel pedicure. The girl cut me so many times! There was 4 times that I bled enough for me to see and once I was home I could see so many more on both my toes and fingers. She would just wipe them with the dirty rags which was unsanitary. One of the workers daughters was hanging around at the salon. She was about 7 or 8 years old. She started talking to one of the customers who was getting a pedicure. Tlittle girl was asking if she could put slime in the customer's hair, asked her if she was jealous because her sister was prettier than her, and commenting on the customers appearance and laughing. There was no adult checking the little girl or asking her not to bother customers. The customers looked uncomfortable and I'm sure it ruined the experience. I was sitting near by when all of this occurred and I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Do not come here they are unprofessional! read more

Unsure about what the bad reviews are about but every time I go in, I come out happy. The moment I walk in, they sit me down and start on my service. I get my gel French manicures pedicures and manicures there. They are perfectionists especially with the French tip lines. They are fast and skilled and I like how the spa is relaxing and quiet. So it was my first time coming here pulled in two guys outside smoking ran in before me ok cool mind you I am 8 months pregnant guy starts doing my toes REAKS of Smoke he gets started and it so rough with my feet I told him he was hurting me multiple times he just looked up And say "yea" I had also told Him I like the shape of my toes and the longer length I just want them filed a little bit. Then I got gel on my nails home girl cut me and put at least 6 coats of gel on my nails it looks awful she painted my skin and didn't clean up after words one is already chipping and it's been all of 3 hours I paid 60 for my Toes and nails and I am not happy at all I wanted to get this done before I have my daughter and I'm going to have to go to a new place soon and have it all redone :( read more

Amazing service! I am so happy that I went here! They all take their time with the service and the facility is clean and so relaxing! They really stepped it up for the city! They make sure that the customer is taken care of and they have so many different amazing specials for your nails that you have a relaxing experience! I took a chance on a new nail salon after a bad experience at my usual places but I'm so glad I came. I'm so glad they took walk-ins as I didn't make an appointment. I entered the salon and they have a bunch of pedicure and manicure stations. I came at a good time I guess because even though they were pretty busy I was seen right away. But as I was seen I was surprised by how much foot traffic they received and how quickly people were taken care of. Several customers brought their small children in and staff members were kind enough to engage the kids in conversation and treat them nicely. I know now why it was so busy! The staff here take really good care of you. I've had other technicians be real rough with my hands and are super critical of the way I'm holding them or scowl at me when I don't understand their directions. But my technician was super gentle and did great work. 12/10 would recommend coming here. Ask for Lily! She'll give you star quality treatment. They cut my nails too short when I specifically told them to make them a little longer and now I am left with cuts and bruises from this place. She was gentle, filed my toes down nicely, cleaned up my cuticles and gave a nice leg massage with lotion, steamed hot towel and stones. It was nice to be pampered this morning. I gave this place 6 chances, the females are great but the guys sitting in table 1 and 2 are the worst. They are rough and careless. They don't care that you're in pain! I kept coming back because I thought it was just that one time but this last time did it for me. I had the stop the man in table 2 because he kept hurting me, he did not use scissors to cut the fake nail and would just file with the machine causing my nail to get hot and bounce off multiple times til I finally got up and asked for a new person. This picture describes how much they file your natural nail. This fake nail is attached to my nail and I can't remove it because there is no more nail, it's all skin! As people that are not from the are this establishment was very rude and unprofessional. We drove in from out of town for a function and we thought since time did not permit to have a pedicure locally we would stop by at a local salon after a 4 hour drive and relax for a bit. This was not the case the level of unprofessionalism that was displayed left me flabbergasted. The gentleman that helped my cousin was very rude after we stated that she did not want gel polish on her turns everything went downhill from there. We did not want to be rude and just leave so we left the facility. We ended up not receiving very much service as they did not really do much. Both workers did not remove callous or applied color they barley even put lotion, and this was $30 service where my cousin that received same service ended getting charged $37. My daughter and I walked in yesterday to this salon after flying into Clovis- our very first stop was here, and boy did it put a damper on our experience. Within about 20 seconds of sitting in waiting area, we both realized we were having a severe reaction to acrylic fumes and thought we'd walk over to a polish display to see more colors and avoid more fumes. Btw, we noticed that he had created a barrier there that showed it was not an area we could enter so we didn't. Was at that point going to casually watch and wait to be called on. Well, the owner barked at us yelling and humiliating us in front of thentire shop telling us "you're not allowed over there!" ordering us to sit back down. We actually should have left that moment, but it took a moment for what happened to sink in. I said to him that he his tone was quite disrespectful and unnecessary. He basically said it was his shop, not to teach him how to treat his customers and told us to take a hike if we don't like it. He puts $32 on the calculator to show what your paying and I said ok. Then hand him my card thinking that's what he's entering. I was asked to sit in the waiting area while they sat another lady coming in after me at the acrylic tables and proceed to work on her. I saw two men finish their clients but completely disregard me. 40 minutes later I got up to use the restroom, still no acknowledgement. Mind you, by this time the water was VERY cold. Went in for a pedi and new set (acrylic). The pedi was good, but my ombré new set was far from it. The older woman did the color (yellow) all the way down to my cuticle, and so the nude color was way too thick! When I brought it to the man attention next to her (the woman didn't speak English), he said something to her but she just kept going! The owner had to come over and take over, having to remove the entire set and have someone else do them. Three hours later, and my fingers are bleeding from over over filing. I only do pedicures here. Their acrylics look good but only pedicure for me here. They have tons of chairs but if you come during a busy time, they'll sit you down and you'll sit at your pedicure chair for a while until they service you. We didn't want to be rude and get up so we sat and waited. They close at 7, we arrived at 6 and didn't get sat until 6:30 and we didn't begin our pedicures until about 7. Great color selection but since it is a busy spot, they should get more pedicure people!!! Ladies are very friendly here, the men, not so much. In the last 4 months I have gone for an underarm wax 3 times. The first time it cost $17. The second time it cost $20. The third and final time, it cost $25. Not sure where this price increase is coming from, or why. The last and final time I went, was the worst experience I have ever had with underarm waxing. I get my armpits waxed every 3 weeks and love it. I have been waxed by a younger gal (early- mid 30's) and she was okay. This last time, I was waxed by a lady (mid 40s - early 50s) and she had absolutely NO idea what she was doing. When she put the wax on, it was barely warm. There was so much friction that it hurt having the wax put on because it wasn't at the correct temperature. When waxing armpits, you're supposed to take a stick and do a swipe in the growth of the hair. Throw that stick out, and use one sheet to remove the hair. The lady repeatedly used the same stick, and did not do a single pull. Instead, she dabbed at my armpit using the sheet to remove the hair. She dabbed it about 100 times. This HURT. It hurt more the next day then I have ever had after a wax. Underarm wax is not supposed to be this uncomfortable, especially the next day. It is now 5 days since I have gone, and my armpit has scabs in it. The skin is ROUGH from the way she waxed my armpits. Absolutely ridiculous and would NEVER recommend this salon again. read more

I'm giving a 4 only because my nails and feet look great but the quality of service needs a bit of help. The men do not have patience at all with the ladies that come and get nails. I came in at 1045 and sat in the feet thing until 1145 before anyone touched my feet. No one there speaks English so your trying hardest not to be disrespectful and ask to repeat themselves. The women where scared to say anything to these men. I myself was very uncomfortable but stayed respectful to ensure I had a great set. But I will not be going back to this place of service until I start seeing better reviews! #UPDATE!! Nails broke! I was putting my pants on and both of my middle fingers broke!! !! I look!! The hot portions of the service, paraffin, towels even water, was TOO hot.
