I have it a one star because I simply didn't get any service and concerns with the "walk ins welcome" advertisement ..... Some Context It was a Thursday around the afternoon. Not during a rush, in fact, only one other customer was being service at the time. I decided to take treat my mother to a mini Spa day for the birthday. While waking in, we were told that it's by 'appointment only'. We could care Less cause it felt like jigsaws pleasure den on the inside(dark and .... Quiet... eerily quiet). Just for future patrons- is it by appointment only during the weekdays or just Thursdays ... or Thursday afternoons... or simply when you see the (hmm hmm) need? I won't even try to make an appointment with this place. I'm there defense, they were respectful with the shade. read more

Should change the heading to "walk-ins NOT welcome" it would give a better idea to not waste time coming. This way the appointments are scheduled in advance and not have people wasting time especially when they arrive 3 hours before the posted closing time and are turned away due to "appointments" that are already booked. read more

I had a lovely experience. They were very gentle with my sensitive skin and attentive to detail, making sure my new set was to my liking. The shop only accepts cash, but there is an ATM in the shop. It was $55 for French tip and a full set to this length. This is the least expensive place I've found in Hanford so far. Im very happy and look forward to coming back! read more

I've been going to fantasy nails for years now but their services are slowly becoming worse. i understand mistakes could happen but they take kindness for granted. I got a pedicure and it was fine. I ask for a reverse manicure, the woman doesn't know what it is. I show her a picture, she confers with someone else in another language for about a full minute, looks to me and says no. I ask why, she ignores me. I'm not about to get something done that I don't want and then be expected to pay for it just because she doesn't know how to do get own job. I'm good. read more

Upon arrival had a 20 minute wait time. There were only 2 people working. They said their nail technician was not in the entire day so I couldn't get my acrylics filled. I got a pedicure and watched them turn away countless people who wanted acrylics. Anyway, the pedicure was mediocre. I went basic and got French tips. I have had them done for less than 24 hours and my left foot already has chipped nails! Ugh. The pedicure water was mildly warm and they didn't scrub much of my foot. Paid $28 and left only a few dollars tip Bc it sucked. Will not be returning. By the way, they have very little colors of polish to choose from. Fantasy nails was the place I chose to get my nails redone.... I will never go there again....a girl started my nails and they switched me over to a guy soon after... I originally asked for sculpted but was told I couldn't with the shape I was asking for.... When they were done I was charged 40+tip after being told it would only be $35 Plus they were unevenly filed and shaped while some were thick and others thin... I decided to venture out of Lemoore to find a better nail salon. I took a chance on this place out of many others in the Hanford area. I'm glad I did! I came for a pedicure and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The massage was awesome, the time it took him to get the job done was also great while still managing to take his time, and the end result left me saying to myself this is my new nail salon. It's just a shame it took me so long to finally find something out of the Lemoore area instead of settling for less. read more

I have been looking for a new nail place and found a great one! I have been going places that don't do a good job and the gel nails I got were perfect! I don't need acrylic since I can grow my own and the gel polish lasts a couple of weeks. The girl (didn't get her name) that did them did a wonderful job and I'm glad to say I found a new nail salon! I came in on February 1st 2017 I asked for coffin shaped nails with jewels at the bottom F2 and a cherry blossom painted on one they said they did not know how to do cherry blossom even after I got the picture. I ended up paying around $60 for my nails none of them were shaped right I did not want to cause a scene so I left. The next day I have to come back because one of my nails broke straight across even though their sign says if anything breaks within a week they will fix for free I was still charged to get my nail fixed and told it was my fault read more

Terrible!! My gel nails only lasted 5 days... not normal. Also, the nail tech guy had a large wort that was not covered on his finger. Totally freaked me out and guess what, a week later I've got a wart on my hand. I've never had a wart my entire life until now!! I will never go back!!!!!! read more

This place used to be great until the last few visits. I mainly go here because the pedicures are a bit cheaper and I like the woman who does my pedicure. I went in today to have a pedicure which I always get and also my nails done (which I usually get done at a real salon but was too busy for an appointment). The pedicure was great! However, when I went to get my nails done, it was a different experience. He didn't understand what I wanted which was just a french manicure with black tips. The man started removing my acrylic with clippers and sharp objects which was ripping my nail beneath. Now, on their board where the services are listed it does say nail removal and soaked off. In my experience getting my nails done which is quite often, the acrylic is soaked off or drilled off. I asked about them just being drilled off and he said no. I just decided to leave. He left my nails sharp and jagged and didn't even apologize. I won't be going here anymore. Ill spend the extra dollars somewhere else. They need to read their reviews and change what they are doing. I now remember why I don't get here anymore, I walked in and they didn't have any clients, should of been my first clue. They are way over priced and they don't even do a good job. I got a manicure with gel and it was $30 bucks. And the mainicure included just warm lotion and barly trimmed my nails! I will never ever go back. I can't believe they are still in business! read more
