Scott and his wife are very honest and respectful people. They truly care about their customers. Their cleaning is fantastic and their tailoring work is excellent. Excellent dry cleaners. I moved to New Jersey but I still bring my clothes to them on the island. Wouldn't trust any place else.

Horrible! Unprofessional service! Had to go 5 times for minor alteration and to have dress steamed. After 2 visits bc the workers didn't know how to pin the dress. A nice man who was easily understood re-pinned the dress. Waited until the date they told me to pick up....dress not even touched. I call again and I'm told "I forgot to do it sorry. I'll do it today and you can pick it up after 3:00". I go back to the store and the dress is altered. It fits and is halfway decent. I asked if it was steamed bc it was very wrinkled. I'm told it's for a baby who will wear it for 5 mins so who cares. The dress is for my 7 year old communion and is paid for it to be wrinkle free. I'm told come back AGAIN tommorrow. I'm not confident that it will be done tomorrow. I will NEVER use them again. read more

Fancy always takes care of my clothes with perfection. Very speedy return and prices not horrible but a tad higher then most other places but they are located in a predominantly middle to upperclass neighborhood. You do pay for what you get as they are very good. Whether it's stains on your shirt from eating to spilling that morning coffee or late night rendezvous and don't want the wife to see the lipstick pattern lol. Fancy has you covered. My go to spot for all dry cleaning and tailer needs. read more

For the most part very good, fair price and the workers are friendly. On occasion I have found thick black hairs on my shirts and deep folds from being pressed improperly. It's happens 10% of the time but, whatever. I'll deal with it. read more

Brought in my work uniforms in to get patches put on (she pinned them exactly how I needed them on) they cut one of the collar devices and had me purchase a new one when I went to pick them up they put 2 of the patches upside down and had me pick them up two days later. Awful service didn't even apologize give me a discount or a coupon nothing just a rude comment how it looks wrong now (it's a military uniform) Never coming here again read more

Very disappointing service. Dropped off rain coat and paid $28 to get buttons tightened and sew up an inside rip with dry cleaning. Came back, one buttons were still lose, we were asked to wait. After 18 minutes we were told to come back in 30 minutes. After coming back and picking up the coat, at home we found the inside was not sewn at all and one button still lose. When we called they said that there is an extra $10 charge to fix the rip and that they now had a line at the store and could not continue the conversation. Customer service non-existent at this place and I will never go back. read more

stay away!!!!!!!!!!!! so, i go here almost every week. about 3 months ago, my beloved winter coat zipper breaks..., I bring it there.... ask them to fix it ONLY if it can be fixed, and if it is fixable to dry clean it. 45 dollars later, my coat is " fixed", the next day the zipper fell off and not only is my jacket destroyed but I am out 45 bucks! no integrity, no loyality, I would rather dry clean my clothes in Great Kills and drive back to Tottenville then ever go here again! read more
