They're super efficient, and if you get there early enough, the food comes out pretty quickly. They also usually have a daily specials menu, which is a great way to try more premium or fresh catches. Their temaki are made really well, with enough fish in each hand roll so that every bite feels balanced and delicious, which I really appreciate.
