They ran out of rice and needed to cook a new batch... ok, but when we tasted it, it was not fully cooked and tasted horrible with some non-Asian seasoning. You are marketing Asian hibachi flavors so what's the deal?! Anyway, the meat and seafood were cooked properly and tasted okay but not $50 good. Overall a complete disappointment... They gave us 2 cans of Coke to apologize... really?! We're all adults and can make our decisions. If you choose to go, just make sure you're not starving and don't care what you spend on mediocre hibachi. No private party with flames, and didn't go for any of that... just wanted a good meal within 15-20 minutes especially with only 1 person ahead of us. Guess they had delivery orders to prepare but there was no clear communication except for 10-12 minutes more after we already waited 30 minutes. You have to pay first or we would have left. The guy in the truck asked why my boyfriend was dirty (my boyfriend is a mechanic). When my boyfriend told him what he does for work the guy started saying that "this generation is too sensitive" "I can't read minds" honestly just acting rude overall. So my boyfriend respectfully asked for his money back and the guy just kept saying "I can't read minds. Communication was great up until our event and now after. We had high hopes for our at home hibachi experience and were repeatedly let down and disappointed. Our service arrived 2 hours late and took 30 minutes to set up. While our chefs were apologetic, they offered no explanation. The late arrival left our party no other option than to do our hibachi in pitch black with no additional lighting other than the candles we gathered. We couldn't enjoy the experience because we couldn't see any of the sake or flying food (Japanese basketball). They didn't bring enough of a few of our protein choices, and forgot to bring one entirely that people had ordered. We missed another event we had paid for due to not being done with dinner anywhere near on time. I have called, left voicemails, and emailed repeatedly and am still awaiting a response to try and make this right. At this rate, I would NOT recommend. read more
