I went here for lunch with family. We had a large group with several children and they were very accommodating. The server was very attentive, making sure everyone was happy with their food and keeping drinks refilled. I had the Blue Hawaii burger, which reminds me of the Big Kahuna burger from Pulp Fiction. It was indeed a tasty burger! Fries are crinkle cuts and they serve them nice and crispy. I requested ranch for dipping. It is homemade and tastes great! My wife got the Chuck Berry hoagie, which she said was also very good. The kids liked their chicken tenders. The sweet iced tea was good and sweet too! I recommend and will definitely go back the next time I have the opportunity.

Under new management: we came in and just sat down. Took 5 minutes or so to get a menu. The place is packed. Lol -- we ordered. And our orders got swapped. They have a new ordering system. They're so kind and fixed our order right away. Our waitress hasn't come back to check on us since we placed the order. The new owner has been taking care of us along with the floor manager. Burgers were great. Fries were okay. Needed salt. Lol They need more staff. Or to be better organized.

Grocery store quality fries with no salt. Hot dogs were about what you would make it home.

Freshest salad I've ever had out at a restaurant. The cheese sticks are to die for. Will definitely be back.

Had the pleasure of dining here twice so far. Both times were great. Atmosphere is also good. Will visit again!

Food is just ok. The atmosphere is nice. It makes you feel like you are in an old diner. Prices are high though.

They have good rubin sandwiches but there hotdogs are terrible! Never seen a greyish almost white hotdog before.

The set up is hilariously insane, worth the stop alone. The cashier was fun and friendly, and the graffiti in the women's room was inspiring! I have a basic bitch stomach, so got the "Puppy" with just ketchup. Sproßling got the Mothman, garnished with I believe onion rings and 1000 Island. Husband got his smothered in jalapeños. We split a full size onion rings, which were hot and tasty. We all had Gold Peak tea. The dogs tasted great, if I had a normal stomach I would have gotten a second one. As it was, we were in and out and back on the road quick as a wink!

Tucked away just a few minutes off I-64 in Barboursville, WV, this place offers eccentric hot dogs at a reasonable price. Using all beef dogs they create some wild and crazy options as well as the basics. Surprisingly they have non-dog choices and some vegetarian options too. Look, truth be told the dogs themselves are average, but you're not here just for the food. You're here for the experience. The place is decorated - every square inch of it - with stuff that looks like it came right off the Clampett's jalopy. (Look it up kids.) Bring your aw shucks attitude, because the punny signs are everywhere. And with a little planning ahead, apparently you can actually get married in the Weddin' Chapel. It's tacky and corny and therefore the perfect roadside stop. We arrived around 11:30 on a Sunday and had a short wait. When we left under an hour later, the line was creeping towards the street. Our line moved quickly in part to the friendly staff. The wait for our food wasn't long either. There was plenty of outdoor shady seating, but you can also sit inside in their "renovated" school bus. Is it a 5-star dining experience? No. Is it a 5-star road trip destination. You bet yer britches!

HIGHLY recommend Bammy's Hot Dogs! We love the quintessential WV hot dog with chili sauce, onions,…read moremustard, and Cole slaw, so it was our mission to try as many as possible during our visit. I saw this one Yelp and loved that it was locally owned and focuses primarily on hot dogs and similar foods. Although they also put ketchup on their WV dogs, we opted for them without and they were by far our favorite!! Located on what appears to be a main drag of town, it's unassuming but also spacious if someone wants to sit and eat. The people who run it are super friendly, accommodating, and happy to help - something that's truly hard to come by in Florida. As for the food, it was SO good! We ordered 12 WV hot dogs, 1/2 regular and 1/2 with the Cole slaw on the side for better leftovers. Not only were they delicious, but they were happy to put the Cole slaw on the side so they made great leftovers too! We also tried the corn dogs, fries, onion rings, and fried bologna sandwich (another WV staple we are trying everywhere we can). The corn dogs were corn dogs and the fries were okay (we had gotten them for the kids), but the onion rings were very tasty and the fried bologna sandwich was amazing!! Their sauce is both slightly sweet but also has a nice kick - almost like Arby's sauce with some spice, and we all loved it! We have since tried 2 other bologna sandwiches and 3 other WV hot dogs and none have been as good as Bammy's so far! They definitely know how to do WV comfort food! If you ever find yourself in NW WV, you've got to try this place! E
