She purchased them with full AKC registration. After buying them, she turned around and posted them as "rescue puppies" and claimed they came from a puppy mill, which is completely false. We only had one litter and our two adult Golden Retrievers. Our dogs were always well cared for, regularly seen by a vet, and up to date on all vaccinations. She also resold the puppies for much more than what she paid us. We just want people to be aware of this before doing business with her. From our experience, she buys puppies and resells them for profit while misrepresenting where they came from.

From the first second we started…read morecommunication she offered a FaceTime with the pups to meet the litter and pick out which one we thought would best match our household/personalities. As soon as we saw North, we were in love. We put the deposit down and the next day we had our first weekly email PUPDATE about him. She had even sent us pictures of the mom amd dad so we could get an idea of what he might look like in the future. Every week, Heidi sent us updated photos and tips on how to best prepare for our new addition. She helped us immensely and responded super quick through email any time we had questions. She also provided her phone number and responded quickly to texts but we didn't use it as much as email. Once we arrived at the house, we could tell this was a family who loved animals. They were sad to see North leave, but happy he had found a home. Heidi gave us an informational packet along with a goody bag of useful items to get us started on caring for our new pup. I just can't express my gratitude in words. The process was so easy and now we have the most amazing feeling every time we get to hang out with this little cutie.
