Vanessa not only responded immediately with comprehensive information about the process (more than the USDA website and even the Vietnamese customs page- I looked) and what she could do for me. She moved mountains to make this happen, met with me at the vet process, and clearly cares deeply about the animals she is helping to move. I have to again underscore how different my experience with Vanessa was from other providers where it really felt like you're paying someone to move around paperwork and they actually expressly disclaim that after all that your dog may not even meet the requirements to get on the plane. Vanessa gave me the comfort to know things will be fine because she does this all the time, as opposed to other operators who kind of seem like they're just winging it.
