Although they were, at the time reserved and very busy, they took the time to speak with me on the phone and go over everything with what they did with the pups and how they took care of them each individually and very conscientiously and with great care and I was very impressed with their service and the level of care they provided for the pet parents' fur babies. They reassured me that they would do everything possible to make sure he was extremely well taken care of and that his separation anxiety was also addressed while his mom was away on business so that way when she came home he would be a better puppy and most likely to react as strongly when she went away the next time. I like that they have specific program just for separation anxiety to calm the pets as well, you can tell they take a lot of pride in their work and really care about the animals and that the customers are happy with the great level of care they provide for their babies. I would recommend this place because I would even choose this place myself for my pets, if I were ever visiting there in Jersey City that is, and that really says a lot.

Also 4 out of the 6 schedule visits the sitters showed up more than two hours late. On top of that the tracking app and check-in and check-out scans were very conveniently "not working " luckily we have a home security system that records the times they were there. In one occasion we also noticed they didn't bother to clean the litter box so we had to contact their boss and make them go back to clean it. How ridiculous I am doing that so called bosses job. Not to mention the sitter looked in boxes that looked like jewelry boxes luckily we had hid those away beforehand. So if you are ok with all this go for it. Otherwise you are better off getting someone off the street to pet sit for you. No it is not a mistake. I literately spoke to Pedro over the phone and he made up excuses and he still charged me. I'm adding the payment I made. I can't believe they have no shame. Specially after being so negligent, wow, everyone stay away this is the type of people you let in your home.

She came on a really short notice to meet my two cats and grab a set of my keys and I felt comfortable after meeting her - she's super friendly and nice and seems to really love cats. I had her come twice over the weekend to feed and play with them (and do some light litterbox cleaning) and she could not have been better! Each visit was $25 all in and she keeps you updated with texts and photos and even videos. It was really nice to see my cats in action while I was missing them and see how well taken care of they were. Dami even cleaned and washed their food bowls without being asked! She was super personable and a huge animal lover and I'll definitely be using her for future cat sitting visits :)

Their prices are unbeatable and Charlie and the team care so much about the dogs. He has given us tons of great advice for our pup and she comes home every day so happy! Sometimes I get videos of her and she looks like she is having the time of her life. The best part about Lucky Dog is that they have a great outdoor space, so the dogs get to be outside. Charlie is extremely responsive via text or email and it is easy to pay to your bill. Since we live in the building, we get a discount and they even pick up and drop off our dog every day. It is literally a lifesaver and has made getting a dog an easy transition. Thank you so much for taking such great care of our Tali, Lucky Dog!

I was later asked to change it to 10:00 AM, and I agreed, making it very clear that I could not do any later than 10:00. Then, at 9:56 AM, I received a call telling me the groomer would be another 20 minutes late because they had another appointment. My appointment had already been moved once to accommodate their schedule, so this was completely unacceptable. When the groomer still hadn't arrived, I called several times for an update, but my calls were repeatedly declined. Instead of communicating professionally, I eventually received a text saying the groomer was no longer comfortable providing the service. They wasted my time, showed no respect for a scheduled appointment that had been booked a month in advance, ignored my calls, and then canceled after keeping me waiting. If a customer had treated them this way, they would likely charge a cancellation or no-show fee. Customers deserve the same respect for their time. I cannot recommend a business that is this unreliable and unprofessional. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Communication and expectations were open and clear, and the sitter went above and beyond to make sure our cat felt safe and cared for, even with her timidity and fears. She did so much to ease her anxiety and help her in the stressful situation of unfamiliarity and interrupted routine. It was a dream come true to find someone like this. I was also reassured by concluding a contract with the company, which clearly stipulates all provisions of the boarding and when we'll receive updates/photos, etc. It eased our minds so much compared with past experiences when communication was totally sporadic despite someone living in our home.
