This company lost my dog! I had her for only 6 months, and they lost her in the park! The manager denied it ever happened, told me the walker never got to the walk, but I handed off the dog to him. I cannot express how profoundly grateful I am of Jordan's Pet Care. When my husband and I have to travel out of town, we are at such peace knowing our two cats are being checked on by Jordan's team. All of their sitters are thoughtful, caring and incredibly accommodating. When one of my cats appeared to have an upset stomach, I immediately got a phone call from the sitter who offered to take her to emergency care. Jordan's is an absolutely wonderful dog walking service. They're one of the few I've ever found that do solo walks for an hour, always show up in the given time windows on time, and as long as you book in the morning can accommodate same day walks! That more than anything we are extremely grateful for.
