In relaying our experience to long-time Parry Sounders, they guessed which one we went to because it's notorious for messing up orders. When we got back to our hotel, I looked at my grilled cheese sandwich, thought there was a moldy spot on the bread, turns out there was a tiny piece of lettuce between the cheese and the bread.
