Check your order before you leave! Especially if going through the drive-thru! My friend and I drove through here on a Saturday morning to pick up breakfast for the group of us that decided we needed a change of scenery so camped out in a hotel room for a weekend. We ordered, pulled up to the window and though we clearly ordered 1 hot and 2 cold drinks. We were handed 1 cold and 3 hot drinks? When clarifying what those drinks were, they finally looked at the screen. This wasn't for the car behind me or someone else in line, this was a completely made-up order! The food was closer to being right, although they still got one sandwich wrong! By the time we argued and clarified and waited for our order, the line for the drive-thru was down Bowes Street. In relaying our experience to long-time Parry Sounders, they guessed which one we went to because it's notorious for messing up orders. When we got back to our hotel, I looked at my grilled cheese sandwich, thought there was a moldy spot on the bread, turns out there was a tiny piece of lettuce between the cheese and the bread. The next day we went to the Tim Hortons on the North side of town (right beside our hotel) and the experience was 10,000 percent better. read more

Tim hortons in parry sound SUCKS!!!!.... food and coffee is HORRIBLE!!!!! rice bowls are half filled. coffee always burned and puke worthy. the new owners are horrible and shady people. they have ruined Tim hortons for everyone. but the main headquaters is and has done nothing about it. all they care about is money and stores being sold. no one from headquarters actually checks up on the stores. Negative -5. Some sarcastic jerk in the deive thru window, rolling his eyes and make you feel like your bothering him because my order had a missed item. "Excuse me , your forgot....... ( eyes roll and acts like it's inconvenient to get your missing item. I said thank you and he just slammed the drive thru window closed. Tim Hortens by the old mall is much more friendl. If you hate your job or your auntie doesn't pay you a decent wage because your family expects you to work your azz off for minimum wage. I will never return to this location. Terrible service. Line was out the door. Once you placed your order you had to wait another 20 minutes. Hash brown tastes off, ketchup packets are very sticky, bread is hard not warm (do not like that), coffee grinds on counter, bacon isn't even crispy, soggy muffin (honestly not very good), egg is over-poached, my friend is furious and she doesn't get mad, holy moly!, melted frozen lemonade, muffin tastes like cardboard, limited assortment of everything, crispy wedges? More like raw potato wedges!, and uncooked rubber chicken. Sad to say this is a bit of an embarrassment to Canadians!! read more

If I could give negative stars for the night staff I would. A group of friends and I came into this Tim Hortons just before 10pm and we each ordered separately and 3/4 of our orders were made wrong. The lady who took my order poured 1/4 of my drink out right in front of me and then put a lid on it and handed it to me, I didn't know if I wanted a large I had to order an extra large. Not only were our orders incorrect but the staff member Sadie was miserable. This is not the first time this has happened either, she is consistently rude. Not to mention the fact that both of them kept leaving the store front to go outside for a smoke, leaving no one to take care of customers coming in. At the time that I am writing this both staff are outside smoking while a customer is waiting, and we have knocked on the window to let them know someone is in line and they motioned to give them a minute, they have just come back inside and neither have washed their hands and one asked "did you expect me to rush?" To the customer in line. This is ridiculous customer service, customers don't deserve to be treated like this. Also, the panini press had already been turned off before we got to the store, which in my opinion is pretty early. Anytime we're in the Parry Sound area or fishing Depot Harbour, we always stop at this Timmy's. You'll find friendly, English speaking folks ready to take your order and quick service. It's also a short drive off the 400 if you are passing through (and the only Timmy's between here and practically Barrie with a close proximity off the highway). The only flaw here is the parking lot. You can't drive around the lot after you park. You have to make a three point turn to get out. Otherwise, same awesome sweets and tea/coffee as all Timmy's. read more

This Tim Hortons is mediocre, you won't have a great experience but you won't have a great time. Half the time they don't stir the coffee or any hot drink correctly. They also don't make the iced drinks correctly. I've ordered Ice Capps I've ordered Smoothies and stuff and they never mixed them enough. The food is okay but if you ask for cream cheese on a bagel make sure to ask for Extra otherwise you won't get much at all. So mainly it's 3/5 cause it's not horrible but it's not good. The only good good thing there is the employees they are generally nice and like to keep up a conversation. I don't really go thru drive thru but I've heard that they are always behind the time they are supposed to have so don't expect quick and fast drive thru experience. read more

The staff are super nice, even during graveyard hours! I ordered a Chilli and I was in love it was super good; and it was in good quality and served quickly and smoothly, the prices are pretty good as well. The main server I had when I went was Ashley and she is super super nice I hope you guys get her as your server. Because honestly I love her!! The bathrooms are okay but could be cleaner and the restaurant lobby is in pretty good condition as well. read more

Worst Tims. Took over 15 mins to make a wrap. Didn't even end up getting the wrap because I had to catch a bus. Would not recommend.

I don't normally write reviews but I just had the most unpleasant experience at a drive through ever. To begin, we sat there for probably like 10 minutes while we watched the person in the car in front of chit chat with the lady at the drive through. The worst part of it was that she pet the dog that was in the car and then proceeded to be the one handling our food WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS!!!! Come on Tim Horton's staff, you can't warm up our children bottles or throw out or a used cup because of "infection control" but let's pet a dog and serve food!!! Hey, and you'd think with taking 10 minutes to get to the window with only one car ahead of us they would have our tea and 6 timbits ready, nope!!! We had to wait for her to get them because clearly the conversation with the previous patron was way more important than doing her job in a timely manner!
