Amazing experience from start to finish! My husband and I were in town for his cousin's 50th birthday, and to say the least, we partied hardy. When I woke up, my back and legs were sore, so I looked for a foot reflexology nearby and this was super close to where we were staying, so my husband dropped me off. I would normally get the most basic offer, but upgraded to the combo package since it included free hot stones. The atmosphere is relaxing with calm music and most importantly clean! I ended up with a private room but there were shared sections that could be partitioned off with curtains. There's also a separate room for couples. I had a male masseuse and I wish I got his name. He was awesome! Not just rubbing around, he was skilled at getting all my knots out with impressive techniques and the right pressure (I was asked and requested medium pressure). The hot stones were a nice touch! I was surprised when my legs were massaged. Even though I was slightly disappointed that my feet were not massaged, but I felt so amazing afterward that I would most definitely return. When it came time to check out, a cup of water was waiting for me. My masseuse was talking to the front desk lady who checked me in. I sensed that there was miscommunication on the package I agreed to versus what I got. I felt bad because I received a different/upgraded combo, but when I asked about it and the lady said, "Don't worry, you have the combo package" and honored the price for the service I agreed to. I really appreciated the integrity of this transaction and I made sure to tip based on the upgraded package price. When I asked if I could sit and wait until my husband came to pick me up, the lady said, "Of course!" After I called my husband to pick me up, the lady gave me some candies and told me to go lay down and led me to a room. Talk about wow! I can't wait to come back here!! First off, this place needs a woman's touch, so to speak. Aromatherapy, fresh smelling table sheets and Chakra type music instead of light jazz. The place just smelled a little musty. Our experience started out okay, with a head massage. Our two male therapist did not seem to speak English, but we don't know for sure. They spoke broken English. Both the head and foot massage seemed more like a deep tissue massage than reflexology. Very hard, and fast. Not too relaxing. I'm sure the pressure points were addressed, but it wasn't very relaxing. The best part were the hot stones, although they were extremely hot at first, and may have burned someone not used to this type of practice. Our concern came with the back relax (they call it). We were asked to take off our shirts & bras and laid face down on the massage table. The face apparatus seemed harsh to the touch, like old terry cloth, instead of fur or softer linen. It was also musty smelling. This area, to me, should be changed out with each session and I know a lot of places do not do this. Who wants to smell someone else's mouth odor or drool? This session was super intense, like a very deep tissue massage that was hard and fast. Not relaxing at all for me, or my daughter. We did have a lot of manipulation of the entire back area, shoulders, arms, etc. They definitely hit all the areas that needed work and we can't fault that, but still, it wasn't too relaxing. We were lifted up by the arms exposing our chest area which did not seem appropriate. My daughter said the therapist actually sat on her butt and pulled her arms back behind her which was painful and definitely, not appropriate. Never have had this technique before by anyone at other clinics. Then they were finished and we were left to put our clothes back on, step out for water and payment. Another practice we have never experienced with other clinics was that they covered our faces with a lightweight cloth so we couldn't see, right as we laid down for the head reflexology. Another unusual practice to be leery of. It made us a little uncomfortable, as did many things. I don't think I would go there alone, for sure. The only review for 2025 was back in February and some of the room pictures look different from now. The place may have been sold to someone else. Who knows? The person that greeted us when we came in, Agus, was not there when we left. The therapist processed our payment while giving us water. It's been two full days, and we are still quite sore, to the point where I have to take 800 mg. of Tylenol, twice a day to function. I guess, if you go here, please let them know ahead of time whether or not you want a gentle or deep tissue massage. I've had deep tissue massage before, and I have been sore, but this is a lot more painful. It could be because they were men, and I've always had women therapist. Your call what to do. read more

This business has gone downhill. The people are nice enough, but not as accommodating as the previous owners. Maybe they're short handed. My massage was not very good. The lady had long fingernails and she scratched me a lot. It was painful. Between being scratched, it was noisy (not peaceful) and the prices have increased, I won't be returning. The prices are still reasonable, but not when the massage and experience isn't good. I brought the issues up to the owners and they weren't very concerned. I was in need of a massage to get out all the knots in my back (thank you PA school ). I googled some cheap massage places and came across Feetness Reflexology. I messaged them around 8:45pm requesting an appointment the next afternoon and they responded before 9pm, something I was impressed with because I probably wouldn't have responded so late if I was in their shoes. I arrived 20ish min early and two of them immediately greeted me. One girl asked which service I wanted and I chose the $40 full body with hot stones. They took me back early and I was the only one there. The place was clean, quiet, and overall a great atmosphere. Even though it is one big room, there are curtains between each bed for privacy. My massage started with face, head, and neck for about 10 min and moved to feet. I have never been a huge fan of foot massages but this one was great. Finally, it was time for the back massage. Most reflexology places I've been to have you keep your clothes on, but this lady requested I take my shirt off to do a better back massage. I was all in for it and honestly, it made it a lot more enjoyable. She got all the knots out in my back and made it feel so much better. After the 60 min massage, I went out of the large room and they gave me a complimentary water bottle. The 10% discount is already applied to their prices right now, so no need to ask. Overall, it was $40 for the massage with hot stones and I tipped $10. They have a rewards program of buy 10 get 1 free ($30 value). This was a great treat to myself after studying so hard, and I will most definitely be back. read more

Went in for a foot massage & was up-sold to the couples. We thought what the heck so we went on back. Immediately I realized my partner and I would be in separate rooms. Why? I have no idea because they had empty rooms and during the time we were there, remained empty. The "rooms" are very small which is fine but since they aren't actual rooms, you can hear people up front, doors opening, other people & guests talking which in itself is not relaxing. During the massage I felt very uncomfortable but forced myself to push on because I thought it was just me. The man who was massaging me kept sitting on the table throughout the massage which made the whole thing even more uncomfortable. I just felt something was off about the entire thing. Would not recommend for couples massage and I would not go back as the experience felt like a tactic to get you to spend more. read more

I'm a huge junkie for trying out new reflexology/Asian therapy massage places! And this place did not disappoint. The ambiance is lovely and relaxing. If you've never been to a reflexology place then you have to go in with an open mind, as these are not your typical spa-type massage places. If you want a great massage, where they work out the kinks and focus on your knots, you'll enjoy it! I love how they had white curtains between each massage chair for semi-privacy. Most other reflexology places are just wide open. You go in, sit in a massage chair fully clothed, they soak your feet, massage your head, neck, shoulders, then on to your feet. Then you roll over and get your back worked on. For $35/hour, it's totally worth it! Please try them out! If you don't like the massage you get, go back and request someone different! read more

Oh. My. Goodness. I saw that this place had opened up right in my neighborhood. I checked their prices online and was amazed that I could get a 70 minute massage for $45. I immediately booked an appointment. It was this past Saturday. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a very friendly man. He asked if I had any questions and showed me to my area. There is a big open room with massage beds in it. It looks like they have curtains around each one, kind of like at a hospital. They didn't shut my curtains though and I was too embarrassed to ask if I was supposed to undress with all the curtains open. (Plus, if they were like "Yeah." I wouldn't have wanted to do it with the curtains open.) Anyway, I laid on the bed (there's no sheets to get under so that also made me think I wasn't supposed to undress.) and my guy came in. He started off rubbing my scalp, face, and ears. Amazing. It felt wonderful. He did my arms, legs, and spent quite a lot of time on my feet. (They were soaking in a bucket of warm water. I started out laying on my back.) When it was time for me to turn over, he told me that I ought to remove my shirt. I tried to do it while laying on my belly so I wouldn't flash any other customer. He then worked his way up from my legs to my back and shoulders and neck. He used hot stones on my back and steaming hot towels to wrap different parts of my body and then rub using them. It was amazing. I can't explain to you how good my body felt afterward. It was a dream. At the end, I was given a cold bottle of water and found out that they were running a grand opening special of 10% off. So, I got a $70 massage for $40. I was hit by a car (as a pedestrian) in July of 2016. It broke my tailbone (among other injuries) and my tailbone has hurt every day since. I had a day and a half of no tailbone pain after my reflexology session. It is conveniently close to my house and affordable so I will definitely be a frequent customer. Oh!! And if you get ten massages, you get a $30 account credit. All the more reason to come back. This is one of the best massages I've had in the last ten years. The only one that came anywhere close cost 3x what this one did. Also, the inside is very nice. It's in kind of a nondescript shopping center but it is beautiful, kind of rustic shabby chic. I was a recent request customer here.. that is until they discriminated against my fiancé. He is a black man. He went in for a massage last night and he was made to pay before his massage began. He also was asked during his massage if he would tip and reminded him to tip. How inappropriate and unprofessional!! Not once since I've visited here have I EVER been asked to pay before. My fiancé has never stolen a thing in his life. He has a great job that serves his community. I am a teacher. I am blown away with the unprofessionalism of this place. This place by far outweighs any Massage Envy massage I've ever received. They were quick to book an appointment for me and my husband to do a 60 min combo couples massage 30 minutes from when we were to arrive. They were extra attentive to each of our needs in various parts of our back. I loved that they focused as much on the neck and back as they did my feet. I could feel them loosening up the large knots in my shoulders. It was so relaxing that I walked out feeling like a zombie! I am canceling my Massage Ency membership TODAY and switching my monthly massages (but now I can probably go weekly because it's cheaper) to Feetness Reflexology! Love this place. Worst massage of my life. I got the full service 90 minute massage. Walked in and was very impressed. It was beautiful, smelled good, nice music and trickling water, very sweet receptionist....then it starts. Weird thing #1....Nope, dont take off your clothes. Fully clothed and uncomfortable for head, hands, feet. Weird thing #2...while the mans hands were touching me, it felt like no human touch. Felt like a weird, fast, vigorous, rough machine. I go for massage for the human touch as much as anything. Then he brought out hot stones thinking...how could he mess this up. Rub, rub, rub...done! It was like he was in a race to get in the prescribed number of rubs. When it was finally time to take my shirt off for my back, I just couldn't stand it and asked to end massage...they wouldn't let me go and now communication was an issue. Finally a nice young man came in, put his arm around me and told me he would take over. He was sweet, so I let him. ONLY take your shirt off. I've never had a massage in Jean's before...not relaxing and so weird. He was 10x better and very sweet, but still mediocre. No English so he couldn't understand when I tried to tell him what I needed, so I just gave up and at least enjoyed his touch, even though it was doing nothing for the area that needed attention.
