We were able to get a private room for the both of us and both of our masseuses were great with strong hands and open to our feedback on the pressure we wanted. I am really disappointed in my experience this evening. I booked an hour reflexology massage. I have had many reflexology massages throughout my life. I typically find a lot of pain relief with reflexology and while I am aware that it mostly focuses on the feet, I have never experienced one that does not include massaging your back whatsoever. I came in with a lot of back and shoulder pain and even noted it on the form I was asked to fill out, but no one looked at it. Therefore, no one suggested I try a different type of massage that would have suited my needs better. The person who did the massage did fine, but I am going home out $60 and still in pain. Not to mention the phone ringing constantly and announcing the caller's name the entire duration. I will not be back. read more

This is a great place. The first time I came four years ago, I got a table massage. James squeezed my shoulders first off, and then said grief. Are you experiencing grief?. My mom's funeral was 3 days before. A couple of weeks later I got foot reflexology. He didn't remember me and touch a spot on my foot and then again asked about grief. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, they were great with accommodating me during my pregnancy, the environment was calming, making it a wonderful experience all around. The best ever! I really was wanting a foot massage/reflexology when I was visiting the area. I searched the web and read reviews and decided on Healthy Foot Massage. Perfect choice! The place is nothing fancy but the service was excellent. Had a 60 minute reflexology appointment with Mi Mi. She did way more massage then I expected- included neck, arms, scalp, some back and legs. She listened to what my concerns were and responded appropriately. And, she gave me the full hour I was paying for. Unfortunately that is not always the case at some places. Never a mention of tipping which I appreciated. I tipped extra because of that. She was not on her phone and didn't leave the room when a other customer arrived at the business. Had the best experience. The foot massage was incredibly relaxing. The atmosphere was relaxing and environment was clean. I felt like I had completely melted into a stress-free pile of goo but was able to maneuver to the massage chair to have my back and shoulders worked on. Jennifer was great. She has a heavy hand and, while she worked out every single knot, I had a little bruising on my back the next morning. Don't interpret that as a negative comment. My back felt great afterwards. This was our first time to patronize this business. It was for a couples 60 minute full body massage for our anniversary, i.e. special occasion. I had called in and reserved the time and specified what service we were making the reservation for. However, when we arrived, through masks, there was a miscommunication and we ended up receiving a 60 minute foot massage instead. This being our first experience with the business and telling them at the outset that what we wanted relative to lower backs, my wife's main concern, and then receiving work on scalp, neck and arms during the session, we were not aware that we were not receiving what we had requested until the hour was expired. Also, during the session, the masseuse working on my wife took several phone calls from customers making appointments. It was apparent that these appointments were not being recorded/written down at the time. My wife's masseuse was providing feedback on her status throughout the session but I received no such feedback. There are three opportunities for improvement here: 1.) When a customer calls for an appointment, the appointment should be written down and confirmed with the customer; 2.) upon arrival, the expected service should be clearly confirmed from the written record with the customer; and 3.) The masseuse should not be taking phone calls during the session which interrupts the relaxation mood of the session. To their credit, we were charged the rate for the foot massage and my wife's masseuse did do extra work on her lower back for an extra 5 minutes. This massage place is the absolute best. The owners are extremely friendly and well educated. I get massages here 2-3x weekly in the chair. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They take their time to see where you have pain or tightness and treat appropriately. I work with my hands and my job is very labor intensive and this place has saved my life and decreased migraines, neck pain, and back pain. Jennifer goes out of her way to make sure that I am stretched appropriately, and feel better before I leave. I love this place. I found it when visiting Fort Worth and make a point of going every time I go. They offer a variety of massage services (foot, hand, chair, full body). I figured out my perfect combination of a hand massage (bad hands) followed by a full massage. Prices are very reasonable. I think the cheapest is $20. Half hour hand was $25 and 90 minutes full body was $80. Very clean and nice. Above board massage place. I charged my massage for a $1 fee and tipped in cash to my masseuse. I'm writing this long review because they are so good, I want them to stay in business so they will be there every time I come to Fort Worth! When you put this into your Apple maps it's takes a while to find. I drove right past it and had to go all the way around the block. I asked them to focus more on my shoulder that I've been having pain in and they didn't really. It was a way more intimate massage than I've had before.
