The massage ended with a back massage that was terrific..I was worried with herniated discs that it might hurt, and there were some instances when it did but that's because I've neglected my back and it was tight in knots and sensitive. The minute I stood up, I felt an instant difference in my overall health, and NO PAIN in my back or my feet anymore.
