Was not the experience I was hoping for. Did not receive the reflexology massage I have become accustomed to. Cleanliness is suspect throughout. The bathroom light would not turn on. Also the masseuse had severe calluses on one hand which was not relaxing or pleasant. When we left my friend attempted to pay with his debit card, and it was declined despite ample money in the account. The credit union the account is through notified him that there was a potential fraud alert. I paid for both massages and attempted to leave a 15% tip as I was not completely satisfied and was told there was a mandatory 20% tip required. I inquired where that information was posted and he did not understand the question. We quickly gave him another five dollars in cash and left the establishment. We will not be back. read more

Reviews are meant to be honest and possibly help the establishment and other customers. The good thing was that I called within 30 minutes and received an appointment shortly after. Also, the gentleman who answered the phone and gave the massage was nice. The bad news is they weren't well staffed. I came to relax. I initially scheduled a 60 minute massage and changed it to a 30 minute because the massage therapist walked out of the room two different times, one time to answer the phone and the other time to greet another customer without saying anything to me and the entire time the door was cracked so I felt had no privacy and the massage was just lotion and rubbing with no technique. Massage was par, but definitely not the massage I would expect from a place that says reflexology. Prices were a little lower than other places but I have been to others in the DFW area with similar prices that gave a lot better massages. No real attention to feet or shoulders. I used my debit card to pay for the massage but my friend winded up paying for it because it was denied, my bank winded up sending me a fraud alert. After paying for it they told me there was a minimum tip amount that was not reflected anywhere inside their business. Appearance of rooms were very dated and unkempt. I originally came to this place because I was going to get Thai nearby, and the Thai restraunt was closed. So I walked by and saw that there were massages for $35, and let's just say that you definitely get what you pay for. The massage itself was alright, but it was not anything special. First off, everyone gets their massage in the same room. So there are strangers right next to you and you can hear them. Then they massage your face, then your feet, and lightly do your legs, and barely do you back. My back hurt so I needed that the most and it was disappointing. They just pressed on my back hard. No rotations or muscle pulls. In addition, the service was terrible. The massage itself gets 3 stars but the service brings it to 1. Ny friend and I walked in to see what the options were and she kept harassing us to choose one. I was so fed up I just chose the first one. Then the lady took a while to start. She would constantly leave for minutes at a time during my massage. It was terrible. Then when I was paying it seemed like she was trying to rush me out. I was going to give her a 12% tip because she was not good. Then she looks at me and she says "no! minimum 20%!" i reluctantly gave her 20% just so I could leave. I wish that I didn't. I'm reluctant to share this little gem with anyone bc it's so fabulous!! My mom took my hubby and I to the location in Plano a while back so I was prepared this time around but if you have never been before there are a few things you need to know... Not many of the massage therapist are fluent in English, I promise you this is a good thing and part of the experience! Also, don't take the name too literally they give a head to toe massage here not just your feet! Your therapist takes you back to a open room and assist you to a bed then cover you with towels and put your feet in warm water. The massage starts with your face and head but I usually ask for them to skip my face but my husband loves it! In no way is this a traditional massage this is reflexology so there's lots of stretching, bending and pulling but it's in no way painful it's very relaxing and amazing for sore muscles!! The best part is the price though, 30 mins for $20.00 or 60 mins for $35.00 you can't beat that!! read more

Bought my husband a massage (gift certificate) for Father's Day. Didn't notice that it had a 2 month expiration date! Hey, they can set their own expiration dates, but only 2 months? Went up there to see if he could still redeem (only a week past the expiration date), and they refused. The problem was that no one there speaks enough English to actually carry on a conversation. The employee who was there could only point out what was on the gift certificate, then got frustrated and called someone, who he put on the phone with my husband. He spoke less English than the guy we were speaking to, so we just walked out. I can't really give a review of the actual massage, but won't go back because of the language barrier. read more

I am completely amazed at how good I felt afterwards and how good I slept that night. I'm going to have to figure out how to work this into my budget so I can go regularly. Rockwall Location on Ridge Road. If you are not into deep tissue massage, my advice is not to have the back massage. I have had many sports massages for deep tissue, and never have I ever bruised after the massage. I noticed bruising on both of my shoulders the day after the massage. Oh and the post about not speaking English is still the same, so when I advise the massage therapist that I was having pain she did not understand. read more

While I will admit there is a bit of a language barrier (which is now a non-starter because I use a translation app for Mandarin), they are kind, efficient and offer a great service. I have been to many foot reflexology establishments and am as happy as can be with Happy Feet. I have a special request due to physical disabilities and they accommodate me very well.
