I want to start off by saying that this is the most uncomfortable situation I've been at after the guy told me I had to leave at least a $10 tip for a 60 minute bed massage and at least $5 tip for a 30 minute $30 massage notice I ask for a 20 minute but he did what he wanted. Nice staff but the massage is not nice. If you have knots and pains needing to be taken care of, this is not the place. All they do is lather oil on you and lightly caress your body- it's relaxing alright but again if your paying 50$ for a 1 hour massage treat yourself somewhere else. Like a lot of places, they try to upsell you, but that's really the only downside. The massage was fantastic - one of the best I've ever had. Relaxation station is the best massage I've ever had bar none. The walking on the back was excellent along with the hot stones very comfortable and soothing. I Was very surprised that all the linen towels and sheets were clean and you could actually smell detergent on the sheets the beds are very comfortable and they always keep the temperature just right for the customer will be very comfortable. I will always come back and I have made very many referrals and a lot of my friends are very happy with the services that are rendered and many of them said they will return. Sassy is one of the best massage therapist I've ever had she's very thorough and complete. They never leave the room and order un less they have to get hot towels or hot stones for your back you get a full 60 minutes of their time. We have companies actually assist in paying for other employees massages here because there very therapeutic increases employees production as given a perk for increased performance. Employees return stress free. This is a great place to rest and leave the world revive behind as you relax. This is the best place I have found for a super massage. This is the place to go. I would give it 0 stars if I could! This place was horrible! Me and my wife came in for a walk in on a Saturday, first off they had to call someone in so we could get it at the same time (this should have been red flag #1). We were supposed to get the combo 30 minute chair 30 minute foot. So for some reason he starts on my wife while I'm still waiting, the lady finally gets there and she starts on my back. There was a group of teenagers in there being loud the whole time and the workers would not tell them anything while they were sitting there just staring at us talking loudly. This was not a pleasant massage and according to my wife neither was hers. Not only were they not good but the lady stopped and answered the phone at least 4 different times in my 25 minutes I was sitting there. After about 25 minutes this customer walks in and the lady doing my massage tells me "I have an appointment it's ok if I don't finish" I said no, she said "no it's ok you pay 30$ for 30 minutes" (the combo costed 40$). They wanted us to pay 60$ for 2 crappy 30 minute massages when it was there fault they would not finish our other 30. This turned into an argument where they were getting loud and saying we owe them, I told them I would pay 20$ each since they only supplied half of their service they didn't like this. We were standing by the door and the man then jumps over between us and the door and puts his hands on my wife (I guess thinking she was going to walk out). I ended up paying 45$ which is WAY too much for that horrible experience!!!! Beware!! These people are cheap and greedy DO NOT GO THERE! There is a very nice quiet and better priced place in the front of the town east mall by BJs, 2 blocks down the road! I've been going to chiropractor for lower back pain and soreness. It's always same thing, roller table, then the chiropractor jumps on my back a couple of times and it only helps a little. Decided to try massage. Got a 60 min massage, and it helps more than chiropractor ever has, and the relief lasts longer. My lower back has been in pain for 2 days now. These overcast skies don't help. I called so many massage places, but they were all booked. I was skeptical about coming here, and I sensed a language barrier when calling to book an appointment on such short notice. I saw great reviews and being in pain, I went ahead and booked. I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A GREAT MASSAGE AS THIS! I had the 90-minute hot stone massage. Sofia was WONDERFUL! She did 60 minutes solely on my back and 30 on my body. I was able to bend over without discomfort to put my shoes on after the massage. I wasn't able to stand 100% upright, but I'm doing so now. I just wanted to cry happy tears! I will be coming back! As of 12/2014 the folks who actually give the massages are Chinese. I have been three times in the past few months. The owner has a flyer about himself available at the register and he is not Chinese. He doesn't hide that. The massage was fine and the going rate of about $1 per minute is what was charged. I recommend this place. It's low key and the folks are very good at their craft; namely, Chinese deep tissue massage. read more
