There were several new ones that haven't been focused on previously- especially armpit rib area. The communication & pressure was very good. My roommate bought me a gift card for this place in September 2024, they wrote the expiration date for March of 2024. My roommate concerned about this mentioned it and they said not to worry about it and that they would still accept it at use. I went in today and explained the situation and they still refused to honor the gift card. $30 of my roommate's money and my time down the drain. I would not trust this place. Either they are very confused and unwilling to fix their own mistakes or they are scam artists. Either way, not worth my time. read more

My wife and I go there. The ladies are wonderful. They have strong hands and know what they're doing. I had a bad kink in my neck and Alice worked it out. Linda does a wonderful job of stretching at the end of the massage. She managed to crack my back quite nicely. My wife and I are quite comfortable there. We recommend booking a couples massage and showering together afterwards. True to their name, they use lavender oils for the massage which are quite aromatic. We have become regulars as a result. This beats the pants off driving all the way to Carrolton for similar services. read more

I've had professional massages in the past from places like massage envy, and none of them have ever been as amazing as the one I received today at Lavender Massage Spa was. This was my first visit, and I kind of went on a whim. I scheduled an appointment online two hours prior to the scheduled time, and immediately received confirmation via email. I showed up a little early to fill out obligatory paperwork, and was surprised by how cheap the prices were compared to chain massage parlors. I opted for a 60 minute Swedish massage. As soon as I was done with paperwork I was escorted to a private room. I was allowed plenty of time to undress before the masseuse came in. She was very sweet, asked me what areas I'd like worked on specifically and if I'd like a soft, medium, or hard massage. I went with medium and she asked me to let her know if I required changes to intensity during the massage. There was zero speaking for the remainder of my time, which I prefer. There's music playing in the back ground, and ambient lighting. My entire experience was fantastic. The epitome of relaxation. The best massage I've ever had. My only criticism is that the massage eventually ended. I left feeling relaxed and calm. Typically i'm overly sore after visiting places like massage envy. This massage blew them out of the water. I will definitely be returning to Lavender Massage! There aren't any high pressure sales tactics (asking customers to sign up for memberships the second they exit the massage room), or expectations. I booked these over 24 hours in advance. For me and my Fiancés anniversary, we had reservations for dinner I book it with more than enough time in between. Not knowing we were going to be waiting for 40 min.... Wasn't able to get the massage we had to leave!! We got there at 6:20, some lady came out and told us 15-20 min. 25 min roll by and and my fiancé has to use the bathroom. Few more minutes roll by he tries to find the bathroom and the lady comes out to show him where it is. When she come back I ask her how much longer because we have reservations somewhere else. She just says sorry her manager didn't call her and tell her there was reservations and it'll be another ten minutes and walks away. This was at 6:52. We waited a little bit longer but unfortunately we had to leave because we had to go to our other reservation. I'm just really sad and upset because I planned it in advance and this is for me and my fiancé's anniversary and we didn't even get to get the massage I just don't see why they have online booking and scheduling if they don't even use it. read more

I visited today and received the 60 minute Swedish massage as well as the wood bath. The staff was extremely courteous and professional throughout the whole experience. Anne did an amazing job giving the massage. Her massage was relaxing and had a nice flow to it from beginning to end. The spa itself has a nice entry/seating area. The massage room was clean and organized. Everything about this spa was enjoyable and I would recommend anyone to visit. I'll be a returning customer. Thank you for the hospitality! read more

Maybe it's because it was the day after Christmas, but we had no issues getting in for a couples massage. We literally walked in, five minutes later we were on a table. My massage therapist found my knots almost instantly and devoted plenty of time to them. My husband said his therapist was just as attentive to his trouble spots. No complaints, we both felt great when we left. My headache was gone and my husband said he felt much more relaxed as well read more

My husband & I were looking for last minute appointments for a couples massage. We have never been here but tried it out since they had same day openings/walk ins. The place itself is really a pretty, tranquil setting. My husbands massage was ok but a bit rough even though we notated "soft" on his form, but he still he liked it. The stars were more for my massage. It was done by the lady who greeted us at the front desk. She started my massage a few minutes later due to being on a call. Throughout the entire massage she had to step away to assist people who walked in & take phone calls, after stepping away for a couple of calls she ended up just bringing the phone in room with her which really disrupted the relaxation for my husband as well. She rushed through the massage, skipped a lot of things my husband got. We should've been told that she would be having to leave the room, disrupt our massage & rush through it in order to also assist the front desk as soon as we called & we could've avoided it.
