Went in for a massage with my girlfriend and the tall Chinese man left her Really messed up the next day. She has a stiff neck and is in so much pain! They need to be banned from practicing. At the end of the massages they demanded a 20% tip when I paid the $120. When I said I would tip next time they were extremely mad and started yelling that i leave a tip.The service was poor and the man has no experience in massaging. read more

My guy friend and I had made plans to swing by this place after dinner last Friday. Coming from Arlington, I called a few days prior to ask what time they closed and if they required appointments. The lady told me they closed at 10 and no appt was necessary. Upon arrival (8:15 p.m.), the place looked dark and we didn't see any cars outside. My guy friend approached the door and went inside to make sure they were indeed open. He was told they closed at 9. Considering I had already called to verify the closing time, I called from the parking lot to ask what time they closed. The lady told me they did in fact close at 10 and asked if I wanted to come in as they had no wait. We left. Hunny if I could give more stars I would!!! I've been coming here since they opened a couple of years ago and I enjoy their friendly demeanor and welcoming ambiance. Although it is small location it still gives you a better than usual massage. I have tried other so-called "name brand" spas and when I tell you these people are the best I mean it. They also give you a card to fill up, i.e you get a free massage after 10 visits. (*If you're anything like me, you will fill it quickly.*) At any rate, I normally get the 70 minutes for $30 & they require a 20% tip (*which low compared to the tip I actually give*). SO glad I've found this place! In my profession, I often work with heavy patients for 12-14 hours a day. This calls for natural neck/shoulder and back pain. I've been to a few foot spas but this was the only place that was able to get this stubborn knot/krink out of my left shoulder and neck. It's been lingering for about a month now and after my full body massage, i feel like a 50 lb weight has been lifted off my shoulders!! I received the 70 minute massage for $30. What a steal! Even with a $10 tip, it's hard to beat a 70 good minute massage for that cheap. I will definitely be back!! Called early in the day to set up an hour appointment for my daughter and I to get massages. We go here often. The owner was in today and we booked for 3:00 pm both of us to receive 30 mins foot massages and a 30 back massage for $50 each (plus tip which they ask for at time of check out.) We had to wait until about 3:10 before we were called back because they were working on other clients, only two people working today. The owner and Lisa the second massage therapist got started on our massages at 3:15. Finished our feet by 3:30 (suppose to be 30 mins) and started back massages. He left the massage to go to the front because other clients came in. We over heard the client walking in say " I called, I have a 3:30 apt" and he says yes please have a seat. Comes back into our room and finishes our massages at 4 pm. We were shorted 15 mins of an hour massage that we paid for. He knew I was upset and never offered an explanation or apology. I will never book again in the middle of the day because they rush through if someone is waiting and they only have two people working on a weekend....Makes no sense....not good customer service and he should know better since he's the owner. This is a very nice foot spa that also does full body massages. I have had a couple of different therapists and they were both very good and very professional. Definitely well managed, very friendly and responsive. The prices are moderate compared to other spas. I highly recommend! read more

Nice people, but lousy massage. I purchased the 90 minute combo. 30 minute feet, 1 hr. Back massage. I told the lady at the front that my neck was really sore and that's what I really needed done. The feet portion, there was no reflexology done, just a foot rub. The back portion was firm ( which i like) but I kept on telling him I needed by neck done because it was really sore. He said he understood, I got about 30 seconds devoted to my neck and that was all. I'm not sure if it was a communication issue, but when your business depends on interacting with the public, you should make an effort to learn how to speak (understand)the language of your customer base. It is very frustrating to spend $75 and leave with the same issue I came in with - and $75 less. I gave them 2 stars because the place was clean and they were polite. If you are looking for getting a basic foot rub after an afternoon of shopping, sure. I won't be going back. ***Response to the PZ foot spa*** Your standard response to some of the bad reviews is annoying at best. It just shows that you take no responsibility or take any initiative to correct the poor service provided. I stated in my review that I would not be returning. I got a 60 min back massage for me and my sister.. it costed $55, and it was the worst massage I've ever had. They put their forearm on your back the entire time, and they do not know how to actually massage. I'm still sore and... they put lotion on my face without permission. I got the foot and back combo for $40 bucks and tipped $15 because he did an excellent job. My back and shoulders do hurt a little today because he worked them really hard, but that is what they needed. For the part where they work on your back they do take you to a back room and have you take off your shirt and bra. I am not uncomfortable with this, but I think it is always a good thing to know ahead of time. read more

I really liked this place and used them often enough to fill up a VIP card. Today I went to get my free session and I shared that when I walked in. The lady seemed annoyed with that. She proceeded with my massage. It wasn't terrible but wasn't great. Portions of if I barely felt. Once it was over, I asked to break a $20 bill so I could tip her. I handed her $5 and said this is for you. The service was priced at $30 so I thought it was fair. She took the money and said "No! It's supposed to be 20%" and pointed to a sign that said that's the required tip. The way she handled herself, definitely turned me off to this place and I probably will not be back. My husband and I were wanting massages and decided to try this place out. We have been to other foot massage places, so we were familiar with what to expect.. except this was better than expected! I called and made an appointment and headed over. Was greeted at the door and immediately whisked off to the tables. We both received an amazing 30 minute foot massage. After that we were taken to a room for our 30 minute back massage (followed by hot stone massage). Extremely clean, quiet place despite being located in a busy strip mall on Town East. The man at the front desk greeted me very enthusiastically and was super friendly. I opted for the 70-minute foot massage ($30) and he instantly showed me to a soft recliner to sit in. I am eight months pregnant so I was treating myself to some much-needed pampering! They have very soothing music playing and a woman brought out a huge bucket of steaming hot herbal water for me to soak my feet in. She then proceeded to give me an excellent scalp and face massage, working the sides of my neck and my shoulders and then doing my arms, hands and fingertips. When she finished, she dried my feet and began on them. I honestly dozed off, I was so relaxed. It felt beyond divine and she would periodically ask if the pressure was okay for me. At the end of the foot massage, she had me sit on the foot of the chair for the last seven or eight minutes and gave me a great back/shoulder rub, really getting in there to work on my knots. It felt amazing and she was so sweet during it. At the end of the massage I got a stamped loyalty card (you earn free massages after repeat visits!) and a Dixie cup of water. The only reason this place isn't getting 5 stars from me is that you are in a room with several other beds and there is a large-screen TV playing a weird soothing slideshow thing while you are massaged. I closed my eyes so it didn't bother me, but it felt very public. I could hear the women in the chairs around me getting their massages, and while overall it was fine every now and then I'd hear someone moan or sigh and it kind of dragged me out of my half-sleep state. Maybe if you opt for the full-body massages there are private rooms or sessions, and I can't complain for $30, but I would've liked something, even just a privacy curtain or screen, to keep myself from being quite so 'on display' during my rubdown. read more

Just dropped in for the first time. Needed a quick back massage before work so I asked for the 30 min for $29.99. Wow. When you walk in, it's amazing how serene the surroundings are despite being in the middle of busy Town East. Massage was pretty spectacular. She even used hot stones which I did not expect. I would definitely go out of my way to come back to this place. The place was nice and clean and they didn't try to put too many tables in one room like I've seen at other foot spas. I love this place and go about twice a month! It's only $30 for 70 minutes and they do a full body massage. Like most foot spas, clothes stay on and you're in a public area. I wish that they would a least partition off the beds in sections so you're not so exposed or better separate the door area so light doesn't come through every time a new customer comes in. This is my favorite of the foot spas I go to. Besides the foot reflexology they give pretty much a full body massage (clothes on) applying pressure points all over and it is a fabulous experience. It is clean and quiet and the people are all real good at what they do. It is so affordable even I can go there! If you've never been before, wear shorts or pants that can be pushed above the knee and a sleeveless shirt. Reflexology is good for us - I am certain frequent trips here saved me from an unnecessary surgery this year. Give them a try - you might a great alternative to a foo foo spa, which is fine, but not for everyone. read more

Amazing Foot Spa place! We had foot spa with awesome complimentary body massage! Front Desk lady is very nice and my masseuse is very nice and an expert too! She has gentle and strong hands even if she's petite like me. I felt so much relief and relaxation that I wanted to go back soon. If I could give 0 stars I would. Definitely 0 stars in CUSTOMER SERVICE. I purchased a Groupon for "P Z Foot Spa"that advertised for a 70 minute foot-reflexology massage package. Unfortunately, the groupon expired before I could use it; however per groupon's policy "the amount paid will never expire". This is the main reason why I like doing business with them. Well, I called the merchant to make an appointment explaining that the groupon was expired and I wanted to use the amount paid toward services. "Tracy" said ok. I therefore made the appointment and used some of my personal vac time to leave work early. I arrive and explain to the male masseuse about the groupon. We go back and forth on it with him finally saying ok, but it would be 20 minutes. After I waited, Tracy comes out to tell me they weren't going to accept groupon's policy for amount paid toward services because she says that they have new management and are not P Z; but a new business. However, they are still using sign in sheets with that name on them and have the same phone number and location all of which are on the groupon I bought. Trcy finally gives me the number for the owner, "Jack". I talk to him agreeing to honor the expired groupon term. He tells me he will call and talk to Tracy about honoring the terms of the expired groupon. I tell Tracy to expect Jack's call. Jack calls shortly therafter and Tracy proceeds to walk outside and yell at "Jack" in an Asian language. Afterwards she returns and tells me she is not honoring groupon's terms. So I'm out $28 (amount I paid) plus 2 hrs of vac time I used, gas and 35 minutes of wasting my time while I was there.
