Was looking locally for a massage place that had good options for foot massages. I found this gem. Their hours are great. They stay open until 10pm even on Sundays which is great and which is when I went. They weren't too busy and didn't require an appointment. Parking is not plentiful and is in a shared area with 3 other businesses, one being a gas station. Walk-ins are welcome. I waited for about 20 minutes before my massage could start. I got the 1 hour package for $47 which was 40 minutes on feet and the other 30 minutes a combination of back, arm, neck massage. I was in a room with 4 chairs that can also lay flat. I have now lived in Roswell area for a while now, but this was my first visit to Happy Feet Massage. The reviews are basically positive, but mixed. You have a number of four and five star reviews and a handful of one and two star reviews. I decided to try the place based upon the convenience of the location. It's not too far from where I live. I went with one of their combinations which was a 30 minute foot massage, a 20 minute back massage, and a 10 minute head, neck and shoulder massage. While the place looks nice and peaceful inside, it was a little too warm and stuffy. It was probably only 80° outside, but the air inside was not circulating at all. To add to the warm conditions, when they started my massage, they covered me with a large towel. The combination of the stuffy air conditions plus the towels made me feel uncomfortably hot. Finally, the massage was good. Foot massages are not always my favorite, so I wouldn't want to do more than 30 minutes. The 10 minute head, neck and shoulder massage was nice, but I'd prefer if they offered a 20 minute option. The 20 minute back massage was great. It's interesting how the chair can convert from sitting, to lounging, to a flat surface for all the various massages. I noticed that other reviews have commented on the 3% surcharge for credit card use and no longer giving the two dollar discount for paying with cash. While I understand many businesses include a 3% surcharge for using credit cards, I didn't understand why they wouldn't include you in the frequent Massage punchcard program, unless you pay with cash. Clearly, cash is king at this business, so, if you want to save a little money, and be rewarded as a frequent customer, then you must pay in cash. Overall, it was a good massage. However, the combination of the warm inside conditions, along with the lack of any loyalty program for customers who pay with credit cards, convinced me that I probably would not return. The guy who did my foot massage smelled like cigarettes. I also didn't like that he did reflexology on me and not a massage. If someone schedules a massage it means massage not reflexology. Super disappointed in this place. read more

We used to get a 90-minute full body massage here 1-2x per month for over two years. In the past 12 months the price for 90 mins went from $90 up to $100 and recently rose again to $120! I told them we used to pay $72 in Orange County CA and last month we paid $85 in New York. How can Roswell GA command such a premium price?? What a joke. We have not returned since they jacked their price to $120. For that price, it's time for a full remodel and some amenities. read more

Very nice massage! I've been to a few different foot massage places. I did the one hour massage (40 minute foot, 10 minute neck and head, 10 minute back and arm). But it's the first treat your feet massage that gave a full back massage! It was very nice, highly recommend! It's attached to the gas station across from steak and shake! read more

Masseuse was more relaxed than I was...because he kept FALLING ASLEEP! I typically love this place...but had a masseuse that kept falling asleep(and this was midday)!!! He'd massage for a couple minutes, then stop, I'd look, and he'd be slumped over and would startle himself awake! Not to mention the pressure was super light and non existent when he passed out. This happened throughout my entire massage, so needless to say I walked out less than relaxed. Only good thing is I got some pretty funny (and frustrating) video from it. Walked in with my daughter for 2 massages at 1:40 pm, the man at counter said it will be 20 minutes wait, we said ok great. At 2:10 pm he said they don't have any tables for us and if we want a foot massage instead. I said no- that was not nice to make us wait for nothing. Did you know that we take our feet for granted!!! if our feet are sore of impaired in any way, the rest of our of body pays the toll of the misalignment. If your feet are off kilter, then or ankles are off kilter, then our knees are not in synch, then our lower back is taking the brunt of the adjustment and then our whole back is in pain. So here I am... to take care of my babies... At first glance, Very very nice, I am inclined to think that this is the same affiliation with the previous massage place I went to two weeks ago. (Hao Hao) but all the same, it was quite nice. This time I wanted to focus solely on my feet- hence the name "HAPPY FEET"... so I came in with no reservation @ 1:30 pm and they were happy to pencil me in for a half hour foot massage. The place was extremely clean, pleasant, and right to the point, I had a container filled with warm water to put my feet in to start the softening process, then I was laid back with a towel over my eyes and a blanket to cover my body. The massuse went to work on my calves and feet first my right and then my left. I felt great. I felt comfortable and slightly rejuvenated. I didn't want to say anything about any problem areas because I wanted to know what they could to and what their mechanisms were. Next time, I am going to devote an hour to this with pointing out that more aggressive work needed to be done on my heels, and calves. I have been going to several local massage places for a regular treat of an hour foot massage. With my regular spot in Roswell under construction I decided to head out to Happy Feet on Crossville. I am SO glad I did. This place is quiet, clean and has a relaxing atmosphere, the rooms are small but spacious. The cheapest (at $36) of their options was still better than the best of these type massages I've gotten anywhere, rather than just sticking their hands down my back while I was up in the chair, I actually was asked to turn on my stomach (the chair goes flat and had a hole for the face) and got a proper full body back and leg massage in the process. I am absolutely sold. This place is a bargain and the staff do a great job of hitting all the right spots. Going to be hard for me not to be back again very soon. Also - the best Pho place in town is right next door, so if you're looking to make a night of it - it's the perfect spot. read more

My friend took me there. She said she is very loyal and enjoy massage with the same lady for years. The place is in a gas station shopping strip. Does not look like much. But upon entering, soothing music plays. Massage room is clean, and the hour total body massage was very nice. Lisa had very powerful fingers, hands, kneaded my muscles, used hot rocks, then towels, to relax. I felt this was as much of a workout than a Swedish massage, much more powerful. WORST MASSAGE EVER AND TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I have been going to happy feet for a few years now, but today was unacceptable and I won't ever be coming back. The man rubbing my feet was coughing the entire time and rubbed my legs majority of the appointment. I did not leave a tip because I was unhappy and the receptions asked me if it was no good. I told him the honest truth, he then pulled the man out who did my massage and told him it was no good and began to yell, "DONT COME BACK." He gave me 10$ back after i payed 50 for the whole massage. I then called back later and asked to speak to the owner, he said no one is in charge and I can only speak to the owner next year. I told him I was very unhappy with my service, he replied with "Congratulations." UPDATE: After going here at least once or twice a month for years, I ,sadly, can no longer go back in good conscience. One of the male service providers is not cognizant of his clients' nor his own body positioning during the massage. He (hopefully accidentally?) ran his scrotum and penis area across my upturned hand during the portion where I was on my stomach and he was wearing thin windbreaker pants. I assumed it was a mistake and that he was not aware because he did not apologize when I abruptly pulled my hand away and tucked it under my body. Two months later I returned and had a female provider but he filled in for the end portion and it happened again. I'd like to assume it was an accident but since this was a second time and the same provider, I'm now uncomfortable going in. The day I was there, there were a couple mother / daughter pairs and I hope to goodness this did not happen with a minor (even accidentally). The solution would be to ask for a female provider, but you can never be sure that he will not fill in if she needs to take the next client. Just... beware. read more
