Then they have lunch and nap time and the afternoon is play time. If its nice out they all go outside in the back which is very secure and has a jungle gym and other various toys. When its raining or cold they have a big room that they call the "movement room" and its like a mini gymnasium that the kids can run around and play in. They also have different activities during different holidays and even held a picture day with a photographer like they do in grade/high school. The teachers are all really friendly and genuinely care about your child. Lastly and one of my favorite things is that they utilize an app that allows your child's teacher to send you updates throughout the day and they even send you pictures- it always makes me smile when I am at work and get a notification that they posted a picture, it really makes my day!! Each of the teachers know my son by name, even the ones in the other classrooms who don't interact with him as often. Each classroom has an indescribable homey feel. I have also been very pleased by the variety of activities. The teachers take the kids outside, create age-appropriate art projects, and sing songs. Finally, I really appreciate the level of individualized communication from the teachers. We get an information sheet about his day at pick-up. In addition to what you might expect (times of diaper changes, length of nap, etc.), there is always a rundown of his daily activities. My spouse and I love reading through these in the evening - the teachers clearly pay attention to our son. I love hearing about how great of a day he had and that he was all smiles. We also receive emails over the weekend letting us know of the many events going on. I very much appreciate how he is treated as an individual and how much his teachers clearly care.

She only has a job because she is dating one of the higher-ups son. The Director will constantly gossip with her employees and talk about employees with other employees and start drama between them. it is extremely unprofessional and causes hostile work environment. when the Director gets called out, she doubles down and lies saying that the accusations aren't true and she doesn't know what you're talking about. it is to the point where she is letting employees go who she knows well stand up to her and spread the truth about her. The Director does not want the word getting out that she is the cause of the workplace drama so she is "cleaning house". it's a shame because the children are the ones who are suffering. they are becoming attached to teachers then having to get used to new staff over and over again. even with $1000 hiring incentive bonus on the website nobody wants to work there.
