I cancelled my Superbowl plans to make sure that I had time to fully enjoy my appointment. As I go to check in at the front window, I am asked multiple times if I am sure of my appointment time because they are closing. I show them my confirmation email from Yelp and they proceed to tell me that they no longer use that system to book. As you can imagine I am very very disappointed at this point.
