Despite the name of the establishment, I got a full body table massage ‍. I didn't have an appointment but they were able to accommodate me. Cozy Feet is located in the very back of a strip mall that in itself is a had to find location off Hayden Run Road. So use your GPS! The massage was good. I wanted deep pressure but it ended up being more like medium pressure. It was very relaxing--I found myself falling asleep several times throughout the hour. The place may seem to be a hole in the wall from the outside, but it's quite nice inside. There was spa music playing and the massage table was already warmed up. For a massage place in the mall, it's not bad at all! I walked in on Black Friday and Tuttle was super busy. I waited maybe 15 minutes and was able to get in for a 90 minute massages ($85). The pricing is not bad at all as a 60 min massage is $60. I balled out and got a 90! There's only two rooms they have for a more private massage. Other than that you'll be in a room with other people getting massages. You can hear their conversations and the conversations happening in the food court, but they try to keep the environment quiet and with music playing. I don't know the name of my masseuse, but he sure knows how to give a deep tissue massage! They set a timer for 90 minutes so you know you get the full time. He even used hot stones half the time on the back to help loosen it up. I'm sure he could tell where I am tense because he worked on those areas really well. So I got the Groupon having not had a massage for TOO long and thinking this was a good deal. I imagine most people find the spa this way as IT'S IN A FOOD COURT IN A MALL! I had not done my homework and was following GPS - knowing the general are it was in having worked at Sterling Commerce many moons ago. Fortunately, I figured out quickly it was IN the mall. So I parked and went in to find a mall map. Sure enough - there it was between 2 restaurants in the food court. BUT most importantly I got there right on time. The Groupon is a little deceiving in you don't get the full body (lay down on a table) massage with it. But for $10 more - you do. TOTALLY WORTH IT and glad I opted for it. I'm still not clear as to how undressed you are supposed to get. You have privacy curtains around the table - but I'm used to stripping down to underwear. Not the case here. I had a tank top and sweats which was just fine. Next time I'll wear bike shorts and a tank top again. You lay down on the table like a normal massage - starting face down. In this COVID day, there was a napkin like thing on top of a pillow which made it rather hard to breath. But beyond that - it was AMAZING. The massage mostly happens on top of the thin blanket/sheet on top of you. So very appropriate and proper touching. However - it was deep tissue with lots of elbow grease put into it at all the right times and places. Sam was my masseuse and I will ONLY return if he is available to do my massage again. WARNING - English is not common and there might be a little language barrier going on - but Sam did check in regularly to make sure I was comfortable and the amount of pressure he used was good. For more important questions, he would call in a life line - the lady at the front desk - to translate. The time went slow but it also went fast. The only things missing were nice soft music and essential oil or incense burning. With this, I would not have known it was a food court spa. The environment overall was reminiscent of Urban Acupuncture - where pricing is reduced for affordable services to be provided, but not all the bells and whistles of a full price, private spa. I LOVE acupuncture and I LOVE THIS PLACE. The question here is not if I'll return - but how soon it will be. I can confidently answer that - it will be this or next week at the latest. I checked in on Yelp while there and an offer popped up that I'll save and use this time. Even without gimmicks or deals, it's a steal. And I think the gimmicks are just teasers to get you in the door - you end up paying the same price regardless - you just feel better about it. LOL! Maria was amazing! Wow what a wonderful massage therapist, I couldn't have imagined someone doing such a great job. She is talented and and you can tell she's passionate about her work. She has a very wonderful smile a very happy and positive personality. I will 100% becoming back here because of the amazing massage she gave me. They worked on my feet for about 30 minutes and my neck, back, legs, and arms for the other 30 minutes. The staff working were super kind and accommodating. Saw a groupon for couples 60 min reflexology massage for $65 (for 2 people!) Couldn't pass it up and glad I didn't. Went with my mom and had a wonderful experience. Great customer service, friendly staff, clean and relaxing atmosphere. Only thing i with was different was that the store front had doors b/c the noise from the food court that is sits in from of was noisy. With the coupon deal we ended up with full body massages from head to toe. I am 7 months pregnant and I felt so taken care of. Alia was my lady and she made sure I was never in any compromising position. For the portion of the massage that was intended for me to lay on my stomach I was placed in a massage chair and enjoyed the remainder on my massage. Only thing I didn't get to experience was the hot stone part (my mom had it and loved it) but due to my pregnancy I passed. Shocking experience. I bought a Groupon for 60 min massage and the lady at the Spa said that I bought 45 min massage and told me to pay $20 more to get 60 min massage. I knew that this was lie but I just paid because I didn't want to deal with hassle. Massage was not that good either and I paid 15% Tip considering quality and the last minutes overcharge. She counted the tip in front of me and demanded "More Money, More Money. We worked so hard". I just gave her $5 in a total shock. What a customer harassment. read more

I'll start by saying this isn't a soft and relaxing massage place. You will be sore for a few days after. I had a shoulder injury that was bothering me for months. After a few visits it was back to normal. Same story with my dad, he was about to have surgery on his shoulder and they were able to get it loosened up. I was looking for feet massage since June when I started a new job that requires me to stand up for a long period of time. I found many but the prices were over $90. Then went to Groupon to check them out and found one ( 30 mins for $49). I then googled it and found this place. 60 minutes for $45. I went there and it was my best massage experience in Columbus so far! I am really glad we have this massage experts in our lovely city. They have to pay attention to two things at least for now: 1- There is a big problem with their location since it is located inside the food court with opened door. You hear all the noise and it is extremely difficult to relax. I know keeping the door opened will bring in more people, but closing it will make the existing customers even happier. 2- Another thing. They have to have someone who can take care of cashier job. Some masseurs stop working with you to great a new customer or take care of the payment. This is annoying. Other than that, the price is the lowest price for 60 minutes in Columbus and the massage was phenomenal. In fact, I am planing to go there on a weekly basis. read more

Worst massage I've gotten in my life. I am still in tears from the amount of pain the woman just put me in. I walked in and asked for a 15 minute massage, focusing on my back. The woman repeated me and said "back? Okay, table". She started to give me a back massage and then moved down to my butt. She stayed and seemed to focus on my butt and hips. She started on my left side which was painful and then moved to the right. Within a few seconds of doing my right side, I stopped her and told her it hurt because I'd had surgery there on my hip. She said "oh okay". She then proceeded to push HARDER on my bad hip. I had to reach back and LITERALLY pull her hand off of my hip. I've never in my life had to stop anyone who was working on my back. After she was done, I tried telling her how badly I felt and how much pain she put me in. It was THEN that I learned she had NO CLUE WHAT I WAS SAYING!!! She didn't understand that I'd had surgery there. She didn't know I wanted the focus on my back and not hips. All because she had no freaking clue what I was saying to her. I am so damn mad at this place. Nobody there spoke English to understand my problem. I had to PAY for really shitty service.
