OUADT came to the house for an extensive meet-and-greet with the dogs, which included filling out a questionnaire designed to help the sitter learn about each pet and its quirks, medical issues, and habits. While we were away we were provided with daily reports, including photos, via email, of how the dogs were doing. I cannot say enough good things about this service. We will definitely use OUADT again. They offer very reasonable rates and the level of organization and professionalism is very high. Your furkids are in excellent hands with Once Upon a Dog Tail.

She takes her time during every visit and makes sure all of my questions and concerns are addressed while giving lots of great information and taking the time to ensure I understand. The first time I met Dr. Riehl we connected instantly and knew she was the vet for my animals. All of this was for urinary infection and bladder stones that are made up of mostly calcium. I am not sure if this will re-occur or not and neither does Neffsville. $10,711 for urinary infection and bladder stones, including follow-up visits seems like a money machine in and out and pay high costs, at least to me.

The first time we met, she sat on the floor, and my pets (a cat and a dog) flocked to her like Snow White...they just love her. She is easy to work with, loves animals, and is wonderful with them. She does both pet sitting as well as dog walking - and she's as great with my old cat as my puppy. The thing that impressed me most was her approach to my puppy, Maggie, who has cancer. Sometimes she has a bad odor by her cancer area, or has bad days, but Courtney is wonderful with her...and so positive. They have fun, go for walks, etc. It's really great to see. Anyway, if you need a pet sitter or dog walking in Lancaster or Lititz, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ducey Dog Walking. She's tech savvy (will text or email as well: duceysdogs@gmail.com) so communication is awesome. Overall, Courtney is great....and for what it's worth, my pets *still* flock to her when they see her. My other dog has chronic health issues that require daily management, and Courtney handles this with ease. She contacts me with updates while I am away, so I can be assured that the dogs are doing well. We interviewed several owners because our 90 pound pit/lab mix was not the most trusting dog around strangers. To be sure he would have taken a bullet for anyone in our family, he was that loyal, but he didn't warm easily to strangers especially men. We arranged for him to come over and meet Vince and his crew and it was amazing.. Vince new just the body posture and approach to use and after a few minutes of barking his usual warning our tough guy let Vince lead him by the leash into the Kennel, and he warmed right up to the rest of the staff. He was always happy to come home but he never got the worried look at Sun Hill we experienced with previous kennel. Our much loved "Big Beast" is gone now but we continue to use Sun-Hill for our newest family friend. They also offer swimming and exercise. You owe it your pet to check this place out.
