Not only did they give us a great price, they paid amazing attention to detail leading up to the big day. They both spent a lot of time and back and forth with us to ensure we were on the same page as far as what type of pictures we wanted, with who, how many, etc. These ladies are very friendly and easy to work with, and have since become personal friends. On the big day, and days leading up to it, they were above and beyond in making sure we were comfortable and getting the coverage we needed. Communication was a bit tough in Mexico seeing as our phones did not work, but they were readily available and willing to cooperate and get things done. On the day itself, they were professional, efficient, and did whatever it took to get "the shot", including Shannon practically laying in the water to get a beautiful angle of my wife and I standing on a beach cliff. She got nailed by a wave, but still got the shot, and did not care one bit! The most important part, of course, is the actual photographs, and they were AMAZING! Don't have a single complaint in the quality, the professionalism, and getting exactly what we wanted. The post-wedding transaction to get the photos was easy and straightforward, with Shannon supplying a nice wooden box with a thumb drive, and all of the photos readily available on her website. She even edited a bunch of pictures for us upon request, to get things like rogue jet-skis out of the background of a few pictures. I will end this as I began it. Use Shannon Wucherer Photography for your photographer needs! You will not regret it, and be very glad for the everlasting memories. August 18th 2021- We met Jackie at her studio to go over Wedding Packages and contract terms. We…read morealso gave her 30% down to hold our date. When we met Jackie, she told Andrew and I that if we wanted immediate family photos for Christmas gifts we should let her know in November to remind her. September 30th 2022- Wedding Day!!! Jackie, her friend, and Luis showed up. Luis was another photographer that stepped up to help us out since the 2nd photographer was unable to make it. I can say this a thousand times,he was AMAZING!!! Luis went with the guys and Jackie was with me and the girls. Pictures went great from start to finish throughout the ceremony, after photos, and reception. And then it all starts here.... October 2nd 2022- Andrew and I sent Jackie an email to thank her and the rest of the team for their hard work on our special day and we were so happy with how things turned out on our big day. I also had asked for a sneak peak or at least a photo of Andrew and I from the big day. She responded on October 5th and just stated it takes about a week to get a sneak peak and she would let us know when she would post something on social media. October 12th- No sneak peak and no email October 13th- Jackie decided to blame the other photographer for using the incorrect memory card so she was waiting on photos from him... but wait... SHE ALSO HAD A CAMERA so where are those photos.. October 21st- I sent an email to get an update on where our sneak peak was October 22nd- Jackie emailed and stated she would have the sneak peak uploaded by the end of the weekend. October 24th- I sent another email to Jackie wondering why these delivery dates weren't promised and questioned where our sneak peak is. I also stated that if a preview of our photos were not delivered in a timely manner, we would then take legal action. I mean come on!!!! We asked for 1 Photo!!!!! October 25th- Jackie emailed back just stating she doesn't entertain rude behavior and that editing is a timely process. Then I scrolled down and saw a sneak peak. I did not respond to the email at all. November 5th- I sent Jackie an email understanding the busy holiday season and editing takes time. I wanted to reach out to remind her about the immediate family photos. December 7th- I still did not receive an email back about immediate family photos. I emailed her the same text as the email that was sent on November 5th requesting family photos. December 16th- Jackie sent us an email stating that we are too close to the holiday season and she could not deliver immediate photos to us without asking for an additional charge. She said we could use the sneak peak photos for gifts... mind you not one photo in our sneak peak was immediate family photos. We ended up not following through and did not receive any family photos. January 27th 2023- I was thinking hmm its the end of the month we should be getting our photos!!! YAY!!! It actually stated we should receive them January 6th so I gave her a little more time. I sent an email to Jackie just to follow up. No response was received from her January 30th 2023- I sent another email wondering where our wedding album is ** This is when I reached out to the other photographer January 31st 2023- Jackie emailed back stating our gallery would be uploaded in the next couple of weeks. February 13th 2023- Asked for an update/No response February 20th 2023- Asked for update/ No response February 21st 2023- Jackie stated the exporting and uploading process is starting this week!!! March 9th- Asked for an update - No response March 15th- Asked for another update - No response March 19th- Asked for another update - No response March 27th- I received a FACEBOOK message at 10:24 am stating she sent my photos a few weeks back and she never heard back from us. I am so irritated at this point. I went through 30,000 emails and not one was a new email from her. I responded to Jackie at 10:55am stating we did not receive anything. I asked her to try sending it to Andrews' email to see if it would work. Of course she never responded back and why the heck is she messaging me on facebook?? We always emailed back and forth. ( Well I would email and she would never answer) March 28th- I received another facebook message and it states that she is sending the gallery here and going to send an email. Again, No email whatsoever. My thoughts again.. Why is she doing this through fb messenger and not email. That night Andrew and I looked through and downloaded photos. The pictures are great! But pictures are also missing!!! Family photos, photos we specifically asked for that were taken but never in our gallery.. Where are they??? At this point I just want to cry. Yes, we are happy we finally got our photos. Yes this is very frustrating but, I am writing this so people know that she runs a horrible business and fools people by turning off her reviews

I was able to book several weeks in advance and lock in a time for an outside shoot. In terms of the studio, the place is very cozy and the "dressing room" area even features R+Co Hair Products which are awesome! Jessica is an excellent photographer and the outside session has fun and nicely paced. Afterwards, we went back up to choose the ones I'd like to keep and have as final products. In under two weeks, I got the link to my gallery and I am quite happy with the array of finalized images. I highly recommend the work of Jessica and Ryan.
