Natalie did my hair, which was perfect. My make-up was beautiful and I'm so sorry I've forgotten her name! I opted to do a massage afterwards and that was also amazing--I don't remember her name either and I feel terrible about that! If you are thinking about doing a boudoir shoot and are on the fence, just do it! I felt so sexy and the pictures were so beautiful (I seriously didn't know my butt could look like that!). Purchased a groupon for holiday photos. We had an appt at 1 and we didn't have our photos taken…read moreuntil 1:30. The "studio" is one room behind a current. There is no room for those waiting to sit. After our photos we waited almost 30 mins to see the pics. While I understand it takes a while to load the images it was way long. Then we waited a really long time for the photos to be printed. The entire process took over two hours!! And the worst part is that the pics are mediocre at best. We ordered Christmas cards and ran out so I placed another order. Given how long it took us the first time, I called ahead and placed the over so they would be ready when I got there. Well they were ready but they didn't print the writing on them. Then they had the wrong pictures. Again this whole ordeal took almost a half an hour. To "compensate" me for having to wait, they gave me the order of cards they had printed incorrectly. While it was a nice gesture, didn't like them so I wouldn't be sending them out. I would never recommend this location to anyone. Mayfair is much different and better!
