I had previously given this place a solid review, five stars and positive feedback, but that was just based on my first visit. [[HIGHLIGHT]]they have a few members of the staff that are helpful and friendly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I suggest trying ANY carts or disposables in the store before you leave. I've had several not work from this location, and I buy a bunch at a time and don't realize they don't work until I go to use it. but they won't do an exchange past one week even if you have the receipt, packaging and everything. I've been burned here several times and probably won't be coming back unless its a weed emergency lol . I would suggest going the first four times and using the new client discount and then finding a new spot after that because it's just not worth the headache. read more

After seeing this establishment on IG, I knew I had to patronize it asap! This was my very first time in a dispensary. It was significant not only because it was my first time but JB is also Black Woman-Owned!! One of 3 I think in the whole a** city of Los Angeles. So it's important to support it. But let me tell you that this was an upscale, elevated experience from first stepping inside. The decor and layout is superb! There were only two employees when my friend and I got there and we were the only ones there at the time, probably due to the fact that it was down pouring outside which is rare asF in LA. What could you improve? Maybe actually know what you are selling. Multiple times my brother has gone in for specific things and been told that he's buying what he's asking for then we go home open the box and its completely not what was asked for. We ask for disposables we get cylinder carts. We ask for cylinder carts we get square carts???? Know what product you are selling if you are gonna make a no refunds policy. If I ever choose to get robbed at your location again by the clueless staff im gonna tell you exactly what I've said in this review. You are not a trustworthy business so I dont trust you and I want you to open the boxes from now on before I buy them. In all my visits, never have I experienced this, so its either a new directive given to employees or they pick & choose who to "watch" but okay compliance This is a lovely shop, beautifully decorated interior and staff seems knowledgeable and helpful. I've visited patronized this establishment several times in recent months and am usually pleased with any interaction with staff, but todays visit really rubbed me the wrong way. I stopped in about 16:00 and after being greeted by Drea, I headed directly to the area where pens & carts are displayed (as I do every time). After a moment, Drea approached and asked if I needed any help, to which I replied no thanks as I know what product I want, just deciding on flavor/strain. I made my selection and then proceeded to the edibles area and began to look at a few brands and their prices. As I was browsing, I notice Drea approach and asked her about a BOGO sign that was posted. She answered my question, but then continued to stand there (about 3 feet away), arms crossed while seemingly watching my every move. I thought that maybe she was assisting a customer out of my peripheral, so I glanced over and realized that nope...twas just her, STANDING THERE. I began to feel very uncomfortable because I don't know if she's watchin me because she thinks I'm stealing or if I'm somehow taking too long to make a choice, but still I rushed my selection process, just grabbed an item and turned to make my way to the counter...as did she. I ended up putting the edible back and probably shouldn't have purchased anything at all since they feel the need to watch a frequent customer so closely. Honestly there's nothing not to like about this store. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great selection of products, good prices, good store layout and atmosphere. I live in this neighborhood and it's not exactly great, so I was pleasantly surprised with how nice this was when I came here purely because it was the closest dispensary to my house.
