After i take out my phone to pay Apple Pay, the front desk guy tells me i need my physical card . So i run to get my card in my card & they said it depends on if the security lets me back in. Then when i run to ask the security guard, he tells me the door will close on me at 10pm. It was 9:58pm . He suggests to use the ATM. As i use the ATM, it's giving me issues & it hits 10pm & they yell over to me it's too late. So i ask them even when im inside already? That makes no sense. Why would you let someone inside with 5 minutes & they can be in line at 9:59 & the system wouldn't let them purchase anything at 10pm ? Allowing that gentleman in after making me wait 5 minutes when he shouldn't have been allowed in, caused me to not have enough time to go back inside & get my ID. Now you lost a good customer & gained one for one night for a customer who will probably never be back cus they don't even have an ID . Completely stupid system & employees who clearly can't use communication to help their customers within the last 5-10 minutes of closing. Why even accept customers after 9:50 & NOT tell them the system will NOT allow them to purchase ANYTHING after 9:55 so there is no confusion? We can feel the negative energy immediately . I know we all have things going on in life, and life is intense right now. Because there's a lot going on in the world right; clients are looking to escape life's stress, if even for a moment. I also work in the service industry and I understand that many people shop and visit locations to escape and they will choose places that are more fun to purchase what they need versus sticking with a place where the energy is down. Maybe the problem is the staff? Maybe the problem is the Management, which makes the job not enjoyable for the staff? Maybe the problem is the owners? If it's a trickle, where the problem is at the top then please fix it because it's affecting your bottom line or it will as people choose other locations. The reduction in stars is for unreliable, inconsistent and non communicative delivery services. I recently went on medical leave and am confined to home. I attempted delivery four times over four months because I love the selection and staff at the store. The first time I received a call from the store saying they couldn't deliver it that day. I told them their page said it was deliverable to my area, they said they couldn't at that time. The second time my order came and was well- packed. Third time my order was cancelled several hours after it was made. Fourth time I received notice that my order was cancelled late the day after the order was supposed to come. The Pottery is still a great dispensary if you are able to go in. However, If you are a medical patient and rely on delivery for your meds, you may want to try Goat Global or Erba who are more attentive to delivery.
