You spoke so negatively about what my friend did to my hair with the layers and color, but what you did was far worse and you charged me significantly more than usual. You assured me that my hair would turn into a dirty blonde shade after a few washes, but instead, it's coppery and orange. The way you styled my front bangs makes no sense, I can't even wear my hair down because it looks ridiculous. I regret feeling guilty about expressing my dislike when you showed me the result at the salon, but I can't continue like this. People keep asking me what happened to my hair. The layers are so uneven and messy that I'm too ashamed to even go outside. I paid $300 for this and I've been crying every single day since I got it done. my hair doesn't blend well with each other at all. It feels even thicker than before. Anyways, I went there for my usual eyebrows but for the first time I thought of trying hair color and cut at Amor also; Luckily I had time and so did they, and while we were choosing color, in my mind, I was still debating if I should do it or not but I mustered-up and decided to take a chance! You see, in the past, I almost always have to redo my hair-color because it never turns out the color I want the first time; anyways, long story short, when Asan (I believe the lady's name) was done blow drying my hair and so looked at it in the light and to my amazement, it actually turned out EXACTLY what I had asked for! I was also glad that I don't have to redo my color as usual! I was obviously happy and gave her better tip then I usually do and promised myself to write feedback! I felt very comfortable coming here for a Brazilian wax.
