Rosemeri herself was VERY responsive and communicative and flexible which was a plus when we were trying to schedule for her team to come by. So I had high hopes that the cleaning service would be excellent given the good start so far as well as the glowing reviews on Yelp and near 5 star rating. The cleaning itself was fine and her team of two cleaners were on time. However I had two issues. Her team of cleaners had completely missed cleaning baseboards in the master bathroom and also did not dust off some of the door handles not a big deal. The biggest issue was that when they had cleaned the stainless steel stovetop and my stainless steel sink, they had used some sort of an abrasive brush which left many scratches on a practically new stovetop and new sink. The sink and stovetop look damaged now. The stovetops lettering and brand logo is also peeling off due to the abrasive brush or cleaning tool they used. Stainless steel should only be cleaned using a soft sponge/brush and cleaning should be done with the grain. Not sure if I would use them again because of this.

I came back a few days later to address an electrical issue and I looked at the window and sliding glass door tracks- Black and filthy- filled with dead flies, I then looked at baseboards- all of them dusty and dirty, lastly I was in a bathroom and saw that there was still toothpaste stuck to the counter so I can also assume bathroom was not even cleaned. I should have asked him to leave when he first showed me how clean drawers were (I cleaned them all when I emptied them) and that he would just vacuum them out but not wipe them down... That being said, here's the TLDR before I dive into the review: Hire Ronnie and the Chicano Cleaning Crew. Immediately. You will not regret it. Excellent communication, willingness to work with your circumstances, and so thorough! My partner and I were looking for move-out cleaning services as the owners of the house were moving back in, and we were moving up to the Pacific North West. Unfortunately (or I guess, fortunately in this case!), the contacts our property manager had were unavailable. As luck would have it, about two days before we had our move-out date scheduled, a flyer had been left at the house for cleaning services. Usually, I'm a little wary of solicitation, and I was already in a heightened state of existence because of our impending move, but Nevada County businesses have shown me nothing but kindness and quality, so I called the number. I worked with Ronnie to figure out an exact quote based on pictures and a thorough conversation about what we needed done. His company was highly reasonable in cost for a whole-house cleaning and carpet shampooing. Then came the chaos on mine and my partner's end. Long story short, there was far more stuff that had to be left behind, and unfortunately, we couldn't take it as we were moving across a few states and crunched for space. We also failed to get everything together for our dump service, and had to scramble to figure it all out. Even though Ronnie and his crew had no contractual obligation to, they were agile, understanding, and took care of the remaining items for a renegotiated cost totally on the fly. It would have been difficult for us to coordinate another service to do so, as at that point, my partner and I had already reached our new home in Washington. Throughout all this, there was a continued snafu with the house itself! It came with an alarm system that we had never had issues with. But of course, everything had to go sideways when we were already 700 miles away. Ronnie and his team had to deal with the house alarm going off and persisted in providing their services. Honestly, I probably would've thrown my hands up if I was in his position and not dealt with the headache, but Chicano Cleaning Crew went ABOVE and beyond to handle it. Finally, I'd like to highlight Ronnie's consistent communication and willingness to provide updates to us on the progress. He called and verbally explained what was happening and texted pictures to give my partner and I peace of mind about the cleaning that his crew was doing. I cannot stress enough how much this made a difference. We are two states away and psychologically and physically exhausted from moving, BUT we had full faith that Chicano Cleaning Crew was doing a bang-up job because of Ronnie's great communication. So, moral of the story? Hire Ronnie and his crew for any of your cleaning needs! They did such a beautiful job on our move-out, I can confidently say you will not be disappointed in the results!

I hired Out of Sight to clean the carpets of a commercial building I am moving into. I didn't hire Out of Sight because they had the lowest quoted price (which they did) but just because they seemed like nice people and assured me their equipment was up to the job as I described it. It took a couple hours and BOOM the carpet looks almost brand new! The only stains they couldn't get out were likely ink, which they said is nearly impossible to get out of carpet, but 95% of all stains were just GONE! I can't speak to their overall cleaning skills, but when it comes to well-used commercial style carpets, I would HIGHLY recommend Out of Sight Cleaning to do the job correctly and with great results!!
