Great Vibes Cleaning truly lives up to its name! Their artisans have just completed doing a deep cleaning of my house and it is sparkling! The amount of dirt, grime and dust and unwanted unmentionables that they have gotten rid of have now made my home a place of joy. HORRIBLE JOB Fro what I can see it looks like he clean the fridge, a little sweeping, and dusting. This is the worst cleaning job I've experienced I wish I could give them a negative score. Horrible customer service when the supervisor called me back she plied I was lying . Pictures don't lie I asked for some one to come by to look and she said she's got pics. I was skeptical of having a cleaning service, but my beloved wife insisted. She set up an appointment with Gabriel for an estimate. The two of them discussed our cleaning needs and we were given a quote. The deep cleaning date was set. I was still not on board. Then it happened! The crew did an amazing job! The house has never been this clean (we had the home built in 1985, and have lived here since). I enthusiastically was convinced this is worth every cent. We now have Holly coming every two weeks. We lost our cleaners during the pandemic. Now that our lives are becoming busy again, we sought new housecleaning services. Great Vibes was highly recommended by a neighbor so on 3/22 I called and asked for an estimate. The earliest they could schedule was 4/5. Liz came out and provided an estimate. We decided to use Great Vibes even though it was more expensive than any cleaning service we had previously used. The earliest they could come for the initial in-depth cleaning was 5/2 but we decided to go ahead and use them. The morning of the cleaning I was called and told that the "artisans" assigned to our job had quit and would not be coming and our cleaning would be rescheduled. Later I was called and told the earliest date would be 6/1, over a month away. At this point we said "no more". They should not be accepting new clients if they can't provide service in a reasonable time frame. We will never call them again. read more

I have never had my home professionally cleaned IN MY LIFE! I am not able to handle the heavier tasks like scrubbing floors and bathrooms anymore due to an autoimmune disorder. I really needed help getting my house clean before my husband returned from a trip and relatives arrived for a visit, and so I called Great Vibes. Gabriel came to meet me and discuss my needs. I called and got a very quick response. Not only are they quick but Gabriel took the time to give me recomendations for other projects I have. My parents passed away and unfortunately my father was not a very clean guy. Rose came out on time after texting me. She was wonderful, kind and best of all did a GREAT JOB!!!
