Their plumber came out to fix my laundry faucets with new washers and left saying it was repaired. Within 10 days I turned off the laundry faucets to attach the wall elbows onto the machine for it to slide into its closet and close the door, only to find out that one of the faucets was STILL LEAKING. Plumber came back and said it was MY fault for turning off the fuacet???!!!??.(What are faucets for????) That the entire laundry water supply box needed to be replaced. I checked to see that the laundry water supply box replacement needed replacement and cost (high$$$) was true and neccesary then called them to see if they would compromise. They have avoided my 5 messages. Plus, I'm on a well and since I can't stop the leak my well pump is contiually working and adding to my PG&E bill. (Scary) I did not have to lead them I just told them what needed to be done and they kicked *** There is still work to be done around this old place when I contacted Wes and told them it was all in desperate need of repair (Turd polishing) haha he took a look at it and came up with a plan. All I can say is WOW!! They weren't kidding when they said they would do a deep cleaning. I've had regular housekeepers for a couple years, and yet my home was just superficially cleaned. Great Vibes scrubbed every square inch! Door knobs, switch plates, hard to reach corners, grout, everywhere. My house hasn't been this clean in years. It's been a couple days and I still walk around in awe. They are the most skilled and conscientious housecleaners I've ever met. They really are artisans. Aside from their spectacular cleaning skills and strong work ethic, they are all very kind. It was raining all day while they were here and my Golden Retrievers had to be in the house. Last Thursday, 2 Angels came to my house to save the day. I needed my house worked over, as I could not do it (bad back etc). My housemate was on a long drive back home, and I didn't want her to come home to a filthy house. By pure chance, they had a cancelation and they put me in that days schedule. Now, I've had house cleaning in the past, but NOTHING topped what these two women had done in over 2 hours...Not only was the bathrooms/kitchen clean, they cleaned all of the bottles/fixtures on the sinks, which I found to be a wonderful surprise :) No harsh chemicals as well :) I really feel my money was VERY well spent, and my housemate is Super happy....I will recommend Great Vibes Cleaning to my parents, and others as well. Now they use a cool app to communicate with their team about what I want to be done and we did a pre-cleaning walkthrough to review the list, which was helpful because some of my expectations weren't going to fit into the time I scheduled. Great Vibes does a fantastic job and they are very easy to work with. Each time the house is cleaned, it really does shine. I've never had a housekeeping company get such great results. I am very fussy about dust on the floors and furniture and, not only is there none - anywhere - when the staff is done, but also the house stays dust-free in the 4 weeks between cleanings. The only stains they couldn't get out were likely ink, which they said is nearly impossible to get out of carpet, but 95% of all stains were just GONE! MultiServe More Than Just Cleaning cleaned them spotless and also removed hard water stains. They cleaned every single window on the property for us, including our renter's windows and now all of the windows are super clean. The pricing was very reasonable and the worker was eager to get work. These guys are exterior cleaning pros and told me they can also come by and do any type of cleaning we need, so I'm hiring them again to work on some other areas of the property that need to be cleaned. There is an upstairs to our business, too, and they got those windows spotlessly clean. Also, they cleaned the front doors really nicely, getting around the signage and making them look brand new. It is totally worth the cost to have the exterior and interior windows cleaned by professionals, since we are busy with the store and don't have time to do it ourselves. He gave me a quote and I was to send him half upfront and the other half when the job is complete. I sent him 200.00, a quote of 400.00 for the job. Once here, he says there would be an increase on the quote due to the fact the pics I sent didn't really show the amount. So the charge for his service went from 400.00 to 575.00. I offered 550.00, he agreed. I came into the house and sent 75.00 because I am to provide half upfront, right? 275.00 now 275.00 after. He arrives with his co-worker and they do the work. They came back again a day or two later, but the job was not finished. That's ok. It needed several trips, but ....that night on the 4th of August I received a text (see pics) and he asked me for 200.00. Huh!? Thomas the owner of this business asked me for the rest of the money, 275.00 without finishing but boy did he promise not to screw me over, he did. I waited for 2 weeks for him to come and finish for 2 weeks!!! He got everything he asked of me and i got ripped off. I sent the money for fear he would not come back, he never came back and will not provide me with any refund for the work he was paid for but chose not to do. What a dick!!! I guess he takes advantage of women, i see another review that states she was ripped off. Professional? No....criminal? Yes! Maybe Thomas the ever so busy business owner who prides himself on being professional (can't even honor an agreement) will screw you over and rip you off too, just like me. I wouldn't recommend this loser after my experience I can describe him as nothing but trash.
