Best store in the area! Great staff, prices are spot on and there is a ton of selection to choose from. We will be back...probably today.

Robert and John in the fishing department were extremely helpful. They answered a lot of my…read morequestions and gave me some sound advice; being a beginner in the fishing world is very overwhelming since there were so many choices of rods, baits, etc to pick from. It was fun walking around this store looking at all the different things they had compared to what is available at my own local Bass Pros. Super good value on the fishing rod pack and left the store feeling excited and a little more confident about my fishing trip.

Well. That visit was ugly !…read more Been hearing not-so- Stellar service conversations about my Cabelas/Bass pro. Yelp reviews confirm it And i lived it this morning Required a training dog collar, items like that require a trip to Cabelas in my book Now expensive items like my collar are locked up. Ok. Makes it hard to spin the box to read up on the items but ok. Found the one i wanted Went up to customer service desk and asked for help in dog collars since they are locked up Went back to the collars and waited. And waited Went back to customer service again and asked for help to unlock the dog collars Went back to collars and waited and waited Almost ready to give up. Shelf stocker walked by in green cabelas shirt and i asked him to unlock the dog collars. He did what i asked begrudgingly then asked if i had completed my shopping so he could take the collar to the cash register Oh boy. You bet i'm done shopping! Dropped almost $300 and this visit really put a bad taste in my mouth Really enjoyed all my visits and products i have purchased in the past If this is the future of cabelas/bass pro you won't last I don't ask for a red carpet but don't make me regret spending money at your store either I did get my collar Really need it But my years of trust and loyalty are shaken How many folks give up and walk Cabelas??

Stopped by without much expectation, but they had a pretty solid selection of camping gear. Their…read moreprices were pretty competitive. You can probably find some items cheaper online, but I would gladly pay a bit more here to see things in person and get the quality products they offer. Staff experience was mixed. Some staff members were very attentive and friendly, while others felt unapproachable and seemed to completely ignore customers which was a bit off-putting. The security guard was very friendly. It was an okay experience, but I am not sure I would choose them over REI or a generic online product next time.

Okay, I have been visiting this Sportsman's Warehouse outlet its opening on August 28, 2004 (and I…read morehave the giveaway coffee mug to prove it!), and they generally have a good selection of guns and ammo at decent (and sometimes great - watch for the sales) prices. It's worth signing up for their emails because you can stay ahead of the specials that way - however this can be injurious to your wallet. I just visited to select, buy and pick up a new heater and I want to make a point to thank both Lance and Ray at the gun counter - they were friendly in addition to being professional and their spirit made these visits nice. Sportsman's Warehouse doesn't get five stars only because they are so brutally understaffed at the gun counter - it simply takes a long time to get anything done because there aren't enough staff there to handle the amount of business they have going on. I'm sort of surprised that management doesn't address this, as I see people getting tired of waiting and walking out of the store every single time that I visit. Management, you're leaving money in their wallets: they came to spend it, and you don't have enough staff to take it - get with the program!

I love Sports Systems. I've been a customer here for at least 6 years. I mainly used the bike shop…read morefor my maintenance needs. But, the store is full of an impressive stock of inventory for your sporting needs. Today, I stopped by the shop to get a water bottle cage. I had a remaining balance on a gift card to use. I found the cage. I also looked at a pair of biking glasses as I am in the market for some. The glasses where right next to the register with a few employees. I asked if I could take the transition lenses outside to try them. The took off the security device so I could do so. I opted not to get the glasses today, but I might get them in the near future. There was some trouble getting my gift card balance applied, but that was resolved and my purchased was complete. I read several Yelp reviews from customers complaining about the employees ignoring customers. I have to address this. Maybe it's just me, but I don't feel the need to be acknowledged when I'm in a store. If I need someone, I will flag them down. They have always been kind, courteous, and respectful to me over the course of my patronage, bike shop and store.

So upon my arrival I asked for Rico and he came with a unwelcoming approach he handed me off to another salesperson unbeknownst to me after I told him I was picking up my bike. He flatly turned around without a word and another uninterested person who didn't address he would help me instead. But just stood there. I finally asked where Nico went to my husband and this guy said I was ready to go. I was surprised and I said oh your helping me now? I asked if everything was there and he pointed to a box. I was surprised he had no interest in showing me how to operate the bike or set it up for me. I asked for him if he would adjust the bike for me since he clearly was doing the absolute minimum. The lack of service was obvious since the first interaction with the staff. No they didn't sale me the bike, Melissa did over the phone but apparently there is no interest in providing customer service unless the person made the sale was present. I was surprised to see 3 staff members outside providing service to a couple with optimum care and service making necessary adjustments to her bike but that same care wasn't provided to me. I would have bought other accessories and clothing during my visit but the shunning left me with a bad taste. Which I had never experienced before at a bike shop.
