At the time there was a sort of craft swap meet too. There were so many creative creators. I almost went broke. They have a decent size store that had about average prices. We got some great deals at the swap meet as well There is a small coffee shop and the lady behind the counter was super friendly. The coffee was average. It could have been less milky but my grandson loved his smoothie. There were a couple of cute chickens in a pen. There is a small sand pit for toddlers and also a swing set for smaller kids as well. There is a flower maze near the beginning The maze does need a bit of a makeover but we still had a nice time looking at the tall sunflowers. They have a small kissing bridge for a cute photo op I will definitely be back with my other grandchildren.

Goff Family Pumpkin Patch delivered! The whole patch was a rather good size. There were tons of photo opps everywhere and a plethora of pumpkins. We dropped by during a pretty crowded time and there was space for everyone and their cameras. They also had a good amount of activations. They had a few beverage and food options that were pretty solid! One booth had multiple pizza ovens going that smelled toooo good. Perfect fall fun all in one patch!

My biggest complaint is the ticket system. Want to go down the slide once? Ticket. Petting zoo? More tickets. Pony ride? More tickets. Hayride? Yep, more tickets. You wait in a long line just to buy tickets, then another line for each activity, and it adds up FAST. I really wish they offered an unlimited or bundled activity pass. That being said, my son absolutely loved the petting zoo. Lots of friendly animals you can feed, and the hayride around the pumpkin patch was another favorite. Overall, it can get expensive, but it's still a really fun Halloween tradition with the kids!

Kat was great about helping us to pick out the outfits that would look best, and did a great job of keeping the mood light, while helping us to execute in a way that would create the best photos. As some people have mentioned, there's just the one set (it's a physical set; not a backdrop), and the space is small, though there are examples on the website of parties of up to nine people. IMO, it's best suited to groups of five or fewer. There are plenty of props, but if you have any personal items that you'd like in the photos, you're encouraged to bring them. The price (which is based on the number of people; not the number of photos) includes the digital downloads, and prints are available for a nominal charge. There are two things that everyone should do when they come to Julian: have some pie, and get an old time photo here. It's a great time, and a great memory!

Communication for planning visit/appointment was by text. You do not have to remove your existing clothes -- the costumes go over the top and tie at the back. Preferably wear clothes with short sleeves and lower necklines so they don't show beneath the costumes. Costumes, hats, props (feather boas, guns, fans) provided, although they could all do with a refresh and be better organized. I would suggest to the photographer that they provide help and suggestions picking out costumes or posing patrons and informing people of how many 'poses' they get. It would be handy if there were hooks or hat stands in the studio in order to hang your purse/jacket/personal items. The photo session probably lasted about 20 minutes from the time we walked in. Ultimately, we were happy with the photos. It was quick, fun and a great memory! We paid the one time studio sitting fee and then paid to print the photos ourselves. Great for a birthday, Mother's Day, Father's Day, vacation activity. Note: Street parking. Helpful?

I love her photographs, those of the Palace of Versailles and the Gardens of Chateau de Vaux-le-Vicomte and of the unclothed human figure, where the image is equally made from both sides of the lens. She is amazing and I'm glad I met her. Thanks Tom for the invite, great food and wine.

Attended opening there the other night and it was so great!…read more God, much better and more enjoyable than Ray @ Night aka North Park Nights! These folks really know how to host an opening. This is a Fine Art gallery. There are at least 4 different areas/small rooms where different Artists works are displayed from Paintings to Charcoal drawings, some watercolors and etc. The show from the other night was an Artist from Romania who uses Oil and she had a good amount of work showing also. I like how they display many varieties/styles of different work from varying artists, still life, Pop Art, Contemporary, and so much more! However, very important is that I feel the pieces they select are very well thought-out. It's not like some group show where it's just a mess of pieces put together....very well thought out and quality. Spoke with one of the owners and he told me how he does not even like to carry Giclees because they prefer Original Artwork pieces! All of the employees are very nice people. Also interesting in some areas was my notice of how they displayed some of the artwork itself. A couple pieces were on things that looked like sticks almost. Another one was layed in the center of a clear frame, kinda floating. They have some highly highly detailed drawings there! They have large pieces and tiny pieces that come displayed with magnifying lenses to check out. Everything had such nice variety of fine art. It's fine that there was no live music, no DJ or anything...just people enjoying the art and event. The Opening they had served not only wine but also champagne and bottled water. Plus a whole table of foods and snacks ranging from very tasty wraps, to cheese/crackers, a variety of nice cookies, veggies, and also they had lollipops and almonds...who knows what else...there was a lot. It's too bad their location is on the farther end and not nearer other businesses...Owner says because they don't get so much foot-traffic they host these events. Sorry this review is written all crazy n stuff but hopefully you get the point/feeling. =)
