Looking for a reliable person to install your Christmas lights? Go look elsewhere because this place is not it. Told me he can come on the 21st and that he will tell me an exact time the day before. After not hearing from him until 8pm the night before, I messaged him first and he said he's not coming and will come on the 22nd. I didn't hear back from him again until the morning of the 22nd when I asked if he was coming at all. He just gave me the deposit back and now I have to look for a last minute lights installation since most places are booked by now.

So now I understand the name of this business! If you want quality decorations, quickly... this is the company. Called on Saturday, had lights up on Sunday! I'm pretty particular so was a bit skeptical given the affordable pricing. They were "extremely" cautious about not damaging the roof, shingles, or finishes on my house. They use magnets and special clips that attach under the shingles to space the lights perfectly... NO staples! And... after Christmas they will come back to remove, store, then have ready for me again next year! First time having someone install my lights, never again will I install them on my own! They came soon after I called, had a good team to do the job in less than two hours, and charged the same as last year. These guys are super nice and helpful. They do a really good job at at affordable price. While other places want to charge $1000+ and you have to LEASE their lights, these guys sell you the lights and install them at half the price and the lights are yours to keep! While he was here, he noticed some pretty serious code violations with a recently installed water heater as well as issues with the electrical panel, things I never would have caught on my own. It's so rare these days to find a contractor who genuinely cares and doesn't just cut corners or do the bare minimum. What impressed me most is that he took the time to send me a very detailed punch list of things that needed attention around the house, purely out of concern for our safety. He had absolutely nothing to gain from doing that. Honestly, it restored my faith that there ARE still honest contractors out there. Because of his generosity and attention to detail, he may very well have helped us avoid some serious safety issues down the line. I was even able to call back the plumber who installed the water heater and will have them come fix the violations free of charge. If you have an older home and especially if you need drainage work done, I strongly recommend getting Albert out there. You may be as lucky as we were and have him catch something important before it becomes a major problem. He also gets in there and at times and works right alongside his crew instead of just supervising from a distance. The entire process was easy from start to finish. Max and his team worked hard and handled everything smoothly. Even though we only had a one-bedroom apartment, the distance from our apartment door to the moving truck was long, and our townhome has two separate entrances on different streets, which made things more complicated. We still have storage units to empty, and I'll definitely be calling them again next week to get that scheduled. Highly recommend.

He got right to work on the problem I had called about. After he figured out the problem and fixed it, he then looked at my springs, and rollers, and adjusted the door and lubricated everything! We had this company come out to clean our windows and replace a few bug screens. Two very young…read moreladies came to do the job. They did not clean any of the window frames. They left dirty foot prints on the top of my daughter's bathroom counter top sink. There was water on the hardwood floors. I had to spend a couple more hours cleaning all the window frames. The bug screen looks pretty bad, not well stretched and has lumpy spots. The young ladies were sitting on the ground and cutting the screenings, it looked like a craft project from elementary school. Carl arrived much later to help them out. We later contacted Carl to let him know what happened and he never responded. We do not recommend them. We will let the pictures speak for themselves.

I messaged Decoration Dash after our other decorator became non responsive after we already had all our supplies out and ready. They had an opening same day! Devon was very responsive and contacted me within minutes of my request. Alex and Kalani were the ones who came out for our job. They were friendly professional and ensured everything was the way we liked it. Be sure to discuss all areas you want to decorate upfront. The quote we had was only for roofline and we added a few small areas which cost more. Overall good experience. Thank you all! read more
