The next option is down a side street which looks kind of sketchy. There are homeless living at the end of the street. This is where I usually park. There are other cars there so it must be safe and I've never had any vandalism to my car or harassment getting to my car so I guess all is well. I wish they had a private lot. The salon is very pleasant. When you enter you get greeted by the receptionist or one of the stylist. We arrived early, waited and only one of our therapists were in the vicinity, the other was still on lunch. He finally strolls in, LATE. The rooms aren't very nice at all, looks like you're in someone's basement. They offered aroma therapy, they spray a tissue with essential oils and place the tissue under your nose. Not very "spa" like, where is the diffuser? Again, felt like a Craigslist ad massage vs an established business. One of the therapists coughed the entire time. We wanted to get up and leave. The other made a very unprofessional comment about my boyfriend's shoulder injury. We left feeling tense vs relaxed. Not so great experience, not so great ambiance, not so great massage. They ripped the gel nails off (literally) and put some oil on my nails and said I would have to come the next day if I wanted a manicure. They were unfriendly and irritated with me for their terrible work instead of trying to make it right. I will not go back. If you're too busy to do a good job, say that!
